I contacted Domainz to setup a new account as my previous provider after 30 years is ceasing hosting and email.

The patience of Jansen - because dealing with stressed people who just need things to work must get them down a bit. It is such a relief when things get back up and running thanks to the patience of the operator to ask the right questions and get you on the right track. Really do appreciate the support and thanks to the team at Domainz who have got me up and running again over the past week.

Ichsan and Syahrul have been super helpful! Quick and easy to request help and get what was needed. I have confidence that steps were taken to help us get the best service.

Intan Ayu was super helpful in updating my DNS records so that I could receive my emails. The communication about what was being done was clear so that I could understand what was happening. I wouldn't hesitate to use the domainz portal for client assistance again and can't praise Intan's help enough. Helpful and responsive - Yoedhi and Mufiddin were both great to deal with, helping me with a migration of my email to a newer platform and associated issues. Made what could have been a very stressful task really easy - appreciate them both.
