Hi Howard,

Thank you for your update, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you have not received the funds you were expecting. To clarify, the information we provided earlier was based on confirmation from our affiliate partner that the funds had been reclaimed from us on their side, which normally indicates a completed refund to the customer.

However, as you’ve stated this has not reached you, we will now reopen the case immediately and investigate further with our affiliate partner to determine exactly where the refund is in the process.

We take this seriously and want to ensure this is fully resolved for you. We will provide you with an update as soon as we have the necessary information from them.
