Easy job application process
The steps of securing a job, from job postings to the application process, are quite easy for me and straightforward, and the employers are true to their offer, which makes my experience great. The best website I have used in a while for securing virtual assistant jobs, especially for long-term roles.

Best Job hunting app of 2026
The first ever remote highpaying job i had was from here with no experience and college degree at all. U can even message the employers directly to there social medias with the hyperlinked buttons in the app which most job site do not have. This is the best app for job hunting especially for a young professional like me who lives in the philippines but wanna work remotely.

We’re sorry your first experience felt overloaded. The hints are meant to make posting a job easier, but if they get in the way instead, that’s something we need to improve and simplify.
Regarding the lack of responses: at the time of your review, your job had only been live for around an hour. New listings are matched and distributed to relevant candidates gradually, rather than being pushed to everyone instantly. Since you’re specifically looking for Chinese-speaking chatters, the available talent pool is also smaller than for English-speaking roles, so it can take a little longer to see results.
I’ve reached out to you personally and would be happy to review your listing, improve the targeting, and help get it in front of the right candidates.

USER-FRIENDLY BUT APPLICATIONS GET IGNORED
The application process and assessments are easy to complete and the website is user-friendly. However, I've applied to many jobs and passed all the tests, but unfortunately received zero follow-ups, no interview invitations, and no responses at all. It would be great if employers were more active in reviewing applicants profile and replying to application so we can move forward. Still hoping for better result soon!
