I am writing this review to warn other players. I spent 85€ on Crate Keys for my account (IGN: Lemonightt). After a 14-day ban which has now expired, the administration performed a full inventory and base wipe on my account, effectively deleting all the digital goods I paid real money for.

I have tried to reach out to their support via email and Discord multiple times over the last 24 days, but I am being completely ignored. It is unacceptable to take a player's money and then manually revoke access to the items while the player is still active on the server. If you value your money, do not buy anything here. They do not respect their customers or their own digital goods.

The staff are so lazy they assume things about my tickets which are not true when im just trying to fix my game when i cant join and now i opened another one and its been 4 hours currently the support seems to be ignoring me absolute horrible staff

i got charged 7.5€ for 3 fkn months bc i wasent able to disable my subscription it jst said try again later until i got it canceled and then i tried opening a ticket which lead to them not responding for 2 whole months and then just closing the ticket

It's always under maintenance when drdonut does not play. Its only available when the Americans wake up and they can play while us from Europe sleep! It always lags out. Some times in bedrock it kills you randomly! Whenever you try to tp somewhere like spawn or afk, some times it will put you in a position to wait with over 500 people in the queue and have to wait hours to just tp somewhere. VERY BAD SERVER (I'm playing in it because it has 50k people every day and hase currancy but still not good for people who crash out easily)!!!

very fun server and also kind of addicting to get 1b

I got banned immediately when I joined
I do not recommend them, they give bans for nothing, tragic anti-cheat

(I play on mobile bedrock, keep this in mind) Donut SMP is changing my view of Minecraft forever, turning it into one of the most fun or THE most fun game. But, it’s not 5 stars because sometimes when I do /warp crates or any /warp to the lobby it gets SO laggy it keeps teleporting me back when I try to move, and sometimes it disconnects me, creating the biggest problem yet. After the disconnection, I try to rejoin, but it always gets stuck on “loading resources”. Then I cleared the cache the first time, which took 2 hours to research, then 1 hour later it disconnected me AGAIN. Now, clearing the cache doesn’t work, and I cannot find a way to get past “loading resources”.

i got banned because i shopped at donut market. Fair. although it wasnt i didnt realize it wasnt offical because if you look at it it looks so offical its crazy. Anyway i got fully restarted and even my shards got restarted. Also not to mention i had vip and they full on took it away. I was arguing about that with you then you banned me and then i got banned AGAIN. for "hacking accounts and explointing" you perma banned me because you probably got mad i was talking about how stupid it was i got fully restarted and i didnt even know it wasnt allowed and even the things i got myself (like shards) were reset. So i made a ticket he immediatly unbanned me because you realized how stupid it was for you to perma ban me but i lost everything like my vip. I am even now realizing you reset my enderchest and my sell multi. I dont understand why i couldnt have just given the 600m back and what i bought from it. Another thing i dont understand is the exact thing i got banned for in the first place is something your offical website breaks. You cannot just ban me for something you made an offical website that breaks the rule and because you made it apperantly its ok

horrible server i got banned for ''racial slurs'' which i didnt i accepted the ban for a month which is crazy then i go to check the ban again after the month ANOTHER 45 DAY BAN COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE CONSIDERING IVE BEEN BANNED AND INNACTIVE ON THE SERVER i showed them proof that i got banned again and the ban i originally had with 2 screenshots and explained and they closed my ticket saying basically they believe i should still be falsely banned they had no consideration and timed me out in the discord server for a week. i wont be playing there server or buying from them again.

I have once bought 5 Amethyst keys and it little while for me to get the keys as soon as i got the keys everything worked out fine but i got scared for a second because it took so long it took me about 10 to 15 minutes to get the keys

This is a website for a subscription to a minecraft server, is it around $10 nzd , however when it comes to cancelling the subscription there is no where to do this , and when you email them there is no reply/communication, steer clear from subscribing otherwise you'll find yourself canceling your card.
