The door was fine, but my client when they saw it didn't want the door, so I had to do a return. The door was untouched, so didn't think this would be a problem and knew there would be handling charges which I was happy to accept, but a couple of weeks later they refused a return as follows " we are unable to accept the door back as it has been removed from the packaging.". This was despite re-packaging it in the same packaging. I now have an expensive door I can't use. Steer clear as there is no customer service beyond taking your money - very disappointing.

The choices of doors was good and well priced for what I wanted. The quality is good and I am very happy with the product. Delivery was within the timeframe given and professional. My only gripe would be the cost of delivery. At nearly £50 that brought the door price nearly up to their competitors' door prices and for delivery of a single door, I felt this was a lot. Maybe this could be looked at and graded for single items? Just a thought. Otherwise, a happy customer, thank you.

Very Good customer service from Doordirect. I placed an order, then wanted to swap one item. They contacted me by phone to double check, which I appreciated. They also refunded the difference even though it was only £1. Very happy with the service. Product arrived in perfect condition also. Would highly recommend.

Ordered door handles, after a week asked and they had been sent to Door Direct office instead of my address. Got it sorted and arrived 3 days later.

The only reason I dropped the 1 star was because of the lack of notification of delivery, otherwise great experience and wonderful door

Received 8 mexicano doors, all within the 3-5 delivery window. Nice doors and hardware. Communication with Door Direct was great via online chat & telephone. Delivery was an external pallet company, nice chap helped me carry to where I wanted them only downside was no time slot given by pallet company but that's a small issue really. Great price all in all very happy!
