A very helpful customer service
A very helpful customer service helped me find the right door for me. The price was great (even with delivery), which was within two days. Very well packed, it arived with no damage and was easy to fit. Plus, the glazing was covered in plastic, which made it easy to decorate without getting paint on the glass. Overall a superb service - Well done and many thanks

Delivery was quick. Doors were exactly what i wanted and at a competitive price. Delivery was easy and packaged good. Just a lil frayed in corner but luckily escaped with no damage. Would highly recommend to be honest.

Poor quality
Poor quality! Don’t buy door handles from this company. If you buy, wear cotton gloves in order not damage the paint.
Black Matt paint peeling off after few months.

Original review :
Appalling customer service. Purchased fire doors which were mis-described and mis-represented by Door Giant resulting in financial loss. Have been trying for 2 months to resolve this with extensive chasing - being fobbed off. John Carter the Commercial Manager said (at end of October) he would resolve but now being ignored. Seriously unimpressed.
Updated review:
Door Giant has now apologised for the delay in providing a suitable response to the issue. They explained that it was a case of multiple people dealing with the issue and all assuming that someone else had already resolved this which wasn't the case. I'm pleased to confirm that the issue has now been satisfactorily resolved. In all the circumstances, the review rating has been changed from the original one star to 3 stars.

Door delivered wrapped up well due to glass panels. The door was as described, we chose a pine door so we could trim it to size and it now fits perfectly

Wrong door was ordered but charged £25 for cleaning a little dust of plaster off upon return. Nothing in the T&C’s stated this policy

I think the order you are referring too is actually 10756-1421 which was your original order which you ordered incorrectly
I have investigated and can see we did actually send you pictures showing how dirty the the door was when it was received back with our supplier. I think its fair to say it was more than a little dust and plaster. Really it should have been returned in the condition it was originally delivered in whereas instead our supplier has had to take time out to clean it themselves because by rights it was not returned in a resaleable condition
We do state in our returns policy
"We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) if we believe the product has been handled excessively or in a way that would not be permitted by the manufacturers instruction"
