Not gonna lie, my back hurt just looking at the stairs. DOD Moving ran up and down like it was nothing. One of them found my missing earbud under the sofa. Made my week.

Two different addresses. Two different times. Two different crews. Same quallity. That's consistency. Most companies send their best crew first and the others later. Not DOD Moving. Every crew was excellent.

The parking situation outside my old…
The parking situation outside my old place was a whole thing - took them a bit to sort out where to put the truck. Once they figured it out, the team moving from Los Angeles to San Mateo moved fast and made up the time. No extra charge, no complaining about it to me.
