I was fortunate to be assigned Andrew Beattie from Doorsteps Finance to provide me with guidance and advise along my property transaction journey. My case was a complicated case where I was doing both a buy and a sell with the purchase happening first and I intend to do a security switch with a simultaneous transaction in order to maintain my low fixed rate loan. However, I needed contingencies to ensure that if my sale dates could not match up, I would need to bridge the loans on both the sale and purchase. I lucked out with Andrew and he is a wonder to work with. He provided me solutions through the entire was journey prioritising my needs without any personal bias. I felt like I was working with a partner rather then just a mortgage broker and I was well assured through the entire journey. I would recommend Andrew in a heartbeat to anyone who needs advice along their property journey.

Andrew was really great with communication. He was happy to use phone or email whatever was most appropriate at the time for us. He kept us in the loop with all updates along the way. Andrew sent polite reminders if we forgot to do something or time had passed. He was informative without being biased.
