Yo usé Door to Door Container este año para traer mi coche desde Estados Unidos a España y, a pesar de ser un trámite complicado, desde el primero momento recibí el mejor trato y la mayor eficacia posible. Ellos me asesoraron en todo momento y respondieron todas mis preguntas con rapidez, mi agente, Álvaro, siempre fue eficaz y muy encantador, resolvieron todas las gestiones necesarias con aduanas y se acomodaron a mis necesidades en todo momento. Finalmente me trajeron el coche matriculado y homologado a la puerta de mi casa. Los recomiendo sin dudar.

I worked with Alvaro and he was great! He answered all my questions, even when I asked many over and over. He explained the entire moving process thoroughly along with the payment schedule. I had a great experience working with Sergio and Alvaro getting my car and some households item shipped from California to Spain. From the beginning, onboarding was straightforward and they explained all parts of the process in detail. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and would find ways to fix any hiccups that would arise. Also, they are very proactive in getting ahead of any possible issues, for example, all your paperwork is ready to go in case any agent or government agency needs more details.

In terms of handling the car export/import, they took care of all the important customs and homologation details to get the car registered in Spain, without having to find third-party services on my own.
I would rate their service as a true white-glove experience, where they took care of all the details and issues that came up.

I would definitely recommend them 100% if you are looking into not only shipping a car to outside the US, but also any other items that you need to have moved.

Durante todo el proceso, el equipo mostró transparencia, claridad, comunicación fluida. Entienden bien los procesos y generan confianza. Precio total bastante competitivo.

Un punto que sería de gran ayuda, es saber todos los costes de antemano con un desglose, al inicio de la contratación, aunque es verdad que muchos costes no dependen de ellos y es prácticamente imposible saberlos de antemano, pero si de alguna manera se pudiera conseguir hacer, el servicio sería perfecto.

We used Door to Door Container because of a recommendation, and everything was very straightforward. We sent our car and a couple of pallets from Pennsylvania to Madrid and everything arrived in good conditions and in the agreed timeframe.
