Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry that the results from the first 25 calls did not meet your expectations. At DOPPCALL, we take our work very seriously and want to clarify a few points. We specialize in generating live transfer calls from people who are genuinely interested in your service, but we do not guarantee sales.

The conversion of leads into sales depends on multiple factors such as the call center agent’s approach, the pricing of the service, and other elements that are out of our control. We always recommend testing at least 100 calls before making a final judgment, as it provides a more accurate representation of potential results.

We are sorry to hear that you did not see sales immediately, but as with any lead generation, you never know when the right sale will come through. We value your feedback and are open to discussing any concerns you may have further.
