Ordered, paid and then nothing.

Allegedly shipped, allegedly delivered, no. Promising refund, nothing, I'm currently playing email table tennis with them.

PURE SCAM!

Absolutely awful group of criminals. As with all the other reviews on here, I ordered a product, got full tracking, was informed it had been delivered but it had not.
Contacted them and was told it was delivered and they would contact the courier. Nothing. I contacted again and was offered a 30% refund which I rejected. They offered to resend it in over 30days. Complete scammers. Do not touch this company. Just wish I’d done more research before placing an order.

Doesnt deserve a 1 star, only rated as only way to give a review. Complete scam of a 'company' & unfortunately like others, I too was promised the provision of the Carpet spot cleaner at a 50% discounted price.
Well thought out Scam, set up with tracking, shipping process updates etc etc etc & trying to encourage viewers to purchase other discounted electrical items.
Should be banned off TikTok Shop, Google, other retail/social web sites etc etc.

Scamers, order did not arrive

I ordered a Apolosign 32" Smart Portable TV through one of many ads on TikTok from Doranlive. The delivery tracking said delivered, but was not. It seems others experience the same. The customer service emails are identical to those others have posted about, and they even acknowledge the package was lost. I have a chargeback to the vendor pending with my bank. As others have posted, it would appear Doranlive and their so called shipment tracking with track718.us is a criminal enterprise, a scam.

I ordered what i thought was a very reasonable auto cat litter cleaner and it provided me with a tracking number updating me with false information. Page suddenly stopped working and I lost nearly £50 of my money. I will get the police involved and have this business shut down and the people involved arrested!!!!

Ordered a coffee machine.
Never recieved. False tracking number. And email and confirmation eventually dissappeared! Disputing with my bank. False tracking no that changes. Don't order from them!

Scam! I took ordered a stupid stepper and it never arrived! They send a tracking number which is updated with false information!! Do not buy!

Edit: they now say they sell clothes!! People please stay far away from them! This needs to stop!! They take money and who knows what else from innocent people!!

Scam just lost money

Scam!!!! Lie about delivery, lie about refund, it’s been months! Do not buy anything!!

I ordered the 32” TV and after following the tracking for 30 days it showed delivered. I have a camera system and it was never delivered. Contacted the shipping company and all they could say is contact the shipper. Complete scam charged me and never delivered product
I tried contacting the shipper and no response SCAM

Ordered a reclining armchair that I had seen on tiktok and it never arrived. I contacted them and they said they would refund the amount I paid. Weeks later and they still hadn't refunded anything Contacted them again and they said they were still processing refund. Fake website that sends shipping details etc., when product doesnt arrive, it's all fake apologies. Even tiktok is still running the advert even though they were informed.
