I've been ordering from them for 12 years and the quality of items is really good. Also, customer service is fantastic. If there ever is an item with a defect (rare but happens once in a while), they credit the account right away. In all the years I've ordered, there have only been 3 packages I did not receive and that was toward the end of 2025. It was not Doreen Beads fault, the packages got to the US, went through customs, transferred to local carrier... and were never seen again. Doreen Beads refunded all 3 packages. No problems with shipping since then so idk what was going on at that time. Overall, great company!

Les frais d'expédition sont trois fois voire quatre fois plus chers que le total des articles choisis !!!!!

Ich warte jetzt seit Wochen !!! auf meine Bestellung. Diese ist bei der Versandfirma - ich weiß noch nicht einmal, welche das ist - verschollen.
Es wird wohl nachgefragt, aber auch da warte ich schon etliche Tage auf Antwort.
Das einzige Angebot an mich: Wenn ich die Sachen schnell bräuchte, würde man sie erneut losschicken, mir aber etwas vergünstig das andere Paket in Rechnung stellen, sollte es noch ankommen.

Seit April hat doreenbeads seine Preispolitik geändert. Versand ist nicht mehr kostenfrei. Kalkulation der Bestellung und den Versand dazu macht es unattraktiv. Die Versandkosten sind sehr hoch und pro Artikel oft bis zu 40 Cent mehr zu berechnen. Je nachdem was bestellt wird.
Schade, ich fand doreenbeads als einen attraktiven Shop für die Bastelsachen.
Werde auf die Suche gehen um Alternativen zu finden. Ebay bietet viele Möglichkeiten.

Nachtrag: Ich hab es nochmals probiert, was zu bestellen. Die Preispolitik hat sich ins negative verändert. Wenn man zu regulären Preisen bestellt ist es ein unrentables Geschäft. Etwas sparen kann man mit Ausverkauf und reduzierter Ware und wenn es gleichzeitig hohe Rabatte auf den Versand gibt. Ansonsten lohnt es sicherst ab einer Bestellung von über 100 Euro, da der Versand da erst günstiger wird.
Für kleine Bestellungen ist Temu oder ebay eine alternative. Preisvergleich lohnt sich und man sollte sich die Zeit nehmen.

Leider sind die Guten Zeiten von doreenbeads vorbei.

Recommandation: limiter les pochettes lorsqu'il s'agit du même article?

Je commande depuis des années et régulièrement et je n'ai jamais été déçue.

Expérience importante à présent car de nombreuses commandes réalisées. Délais corrects et tenus, articles originaux et de qualité. Le point positif essentiel est dans le SAV qui répond très rapidement et remplace ou rembourse les articles qui pourraient ne pas donner satisfaction. Je recommande vivement DOREENBEADS.
Suggestion : rajouter plus d'articles en acier inoxydable originaux.
