Excellent Customer Service and Goods. Doreen Beads is by far the best company I have dealt with. They respond very quickly to emails and their products are top-notch. When a product is temporarily out of stock, they resolve the issue and even offer a gift in return. My go-to company for jewelry findings for my business.

2 Mal wurden völlig andere Artikel geliefert.
Auch nach 3 Monaten ist noch keine der Reklamationen erledigt. Kann die Firma leider nicht empfehlen.

Je n'ai pas encore reçu mes articles mais j'avais vu qu'il y avait un dépôt en France, ce que je préférais pour ne pas avoir de frais de douane comme ça m'est arrivé avec des fournisseurs Chinois
Avec le suivi de commande je vois que la mienne part de chine et je serais déçue d'avoir des frais de douane
J'aimerais savoir si je vais devoir payer des frais supplémentaires à la réception de mon colis
... 2 semaines plus tard... J'ai reçu mes articles, la qualité est belle, je suis ravie de mes achats et effectivement IL N'Y A PAS DE FRAIS DE Douane !!! 👍👍👍

Seit zwei Jahren bestelle ich bei Doreenbeads regelmäßig Cabochons, Perlenkappen und filigrane Metallteile. Alle Bestellungen wurden prompt bearbeitet, optisch ansprechend verpackt und schnell versendet und plötzlich ausverkaufte Artikel wurden innerhalb von wenigen Tagen nachgeliefert, worüber ich dann eine Mitteilung bekam. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und bestelle dort gern.

I accidentally came across this site looking for a bead board a few years and was instantly hooked. The prices are fantastic and super reasonable, not to mention how often things and how many select things will go on sale/be discounted. The duration of the time things go on sale are often a decent length of time too, which is another bonus.

Not only do they have jewelry making and sewing supplies but they have household furnishings, kitchen, stationary and more. A variety of treasures for your heart's desire.

Anytime I came across an issue it was also easy to contact them and have it resolved in one way or another for me.

They have no minimum order amount and offer free shipping. But you are able to pay a bit more(based off of the sum weight of your order) to have faster shipping.

Also it is interesting to note the origin of their websites name. I thought it was Doreen's Bead for the longest time but it it is Doreen Beads. Like how(in the USA) we have a Michael's or Jo Ann's Fabric, I had thought it was a person's name intentionally that had a ring and rhyme to it. But actually Doreen originated from the greek/latin prefix/suffix doron; which means gift. So it translates as "gift beads," because that's what they want you to feel like; as if you are recieving a gift.
Alas though, I will continue to call it Doreen's bead when I am talking about it to my sweetheart. Only because I have a difficult time changing it to the correct way haha:)

I first started buying beads and other jewellery-making supplies from DoreenBeads many years ago and since then I have bought all sorts of stuff from there.

The items like novelty stationery and keyrings are great as little gifts or party game prizes. I enjoyed hobbies such as soap-making, candle-making and plaster-of-Paris as a kid and the silicone molds section allowed me to get back into those hobbies recently. I've also bought sewing supplies such as zips for my mum which she has been really pleased with.

I recently tried some gemstone beads and shapes and was very happy with these too. I think my favourite is the mini labradorite rabbit shape, very cute.

I usually receive my orders in a week or slightly less (I'm in the UK). I definitely recommend choosing a fast shipping option. I usually select shipping by yodel and it often only adds 10 or 20 p to the price so it's well worth it.
