Took ages for item to arrive. Their sizing is ridiculous. Bought an XL, it would have fitted a child not an adult man. Offered a pathetic partial refund. I chose to return it to China for it to be sat at customs for past four months. So I have wasted my money. Thought it was legit as had a UK address. Nowhere did it say being sent from China....Avoid at all costs

I received a pair of shoes from them in November but sadly had to return them, I told the company and they sent me a message to download a label so as I could return the item, but I'm not an Internet user and do not use computers etc. I eventually found an address for the company in Covent Garden and I returned the shoes to that address with a tracking number. They acknowledged my nessages for a couple of weeks and said they would look into it on my behalf, I have contacted them every week since and I'm not getting any response so it seems to be that the shoes are missing as is my refund. Now having read the reviews online I'm like the other customers don't go near this company at any price

I ordered a long sleeve polo top from this company in November. I paid around £ 33.00. It took about 4 weeks to arrive and when it did it had no label’s whatsoever and was too big. I tried to contact them several times to return the garment and request a refund. I’m still waiting for a reply. They claim to be a British company according to their website but I now realise that I’ve been scammed. Avoid ordering anything from them whatsoever.

I have contacted the company 3 times by phone (leaving voicemail) and 3 times by email. No response has been received. I have a product which does not fit and only wish I had searched for reviews in advance of purchasing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scammed!

Absolute Crap! Adult men's shoes aren't fit for anything but the bin. Had to chase for delivery and no-one answered. Absolute scammers - avoid at all costs people.

Shocking quality, item colour very different to advert aswell. Requested a full refund - was offered a small percentage but have declined that ridiculous offer as Id never use it. Still waiting for my refund - circa £40!!! DON’T USE!!!

Sent for a jacket for my plus size husband. To be fair the jacket when it finally arrived was of reasonable quality. What i hadn't realised was how thick the fur lining was inside the jacket making an already skimpy ex large size smaller again.. my fault. I looked to send it back as this was the largest size they did and was offered to keep it and pay only half its value. (Which on hindsight I wish id done) or I could send it back at large charge all the way to China. On principle I emailed back to tell them I would be sending the item back, could they please send details. I was told they would print me a ticket to send it back. Great I thought. When I checked emails I clicked on said ticket, and it took me to a site that asked for information, plus they wanted a picture if the jacket and was I sure I wanted to go through with sending it back. Yes please. However, it was at thus stage, the ticket wouldn't allow me to go any further..I emailed them again t times, each time getting a new ticket sent, but each time it refused to go past the exact same point. Also by now I was being told I only had 14 days/10days etc to send item back. So, yes ive still got the jacket. My advice is..dont fall gor their jargon. Customer service is abysmal. They are a complete con when it comes to sending items back. Not a fair company in my opinion.

Dorvelle is a complete scam. I received my shirts today.. look great on the website but I do not expect they cost more than a £1 each to make and probably involved slave labour.. obviously looking at the packaging they are from china

I would give zero stars if possible .
Ordered shoes , bad quality and only 1 shoe arrived !
I contacted Lily at customer support who said they suggested I pay for a new order while they follow up on previous order.
I replied that I will not be out of pocket and to please refund..
When I emailed again asking where my refund is, she replied that unfortunately as I am emailing outside of 30 days I cannot get a refund .
Obviously when I first requested refund I was within the 30 days.
Needless to say I am taking legal action.
Do not buy from this brand

Absolutely agree with previous reviews....their item was awful. Having bought from them, they send out adverts...I found it impossible to just email them but when replying to their advert with all my previous emails copied in that I had sent without so much as an acknowledgment, they replied. Offered 50% and no return...upped it to 60% of price with no return and a statement to say they were being fair!!! I did return...postage at my expense, took photos of item to prove not damaged and said I would track package. As soon as it was delivered I sent the visual proof and they then agreed to pay a full price refund...which has now ben received. Item didn't look anything like the image on their website!! ...and as someone else has said, the shop in Covent Garden is a front for selling chinese goods of very very poor quality. I advise staying away from making a purchase off the Dorevelle website.

The hoodie received was a very poor imitation of the photo on their website. They hide their return address, because it’s in CHINA and you have to return at your own cost. The return postage would have cost as much as the item, so I complained, but they couldn’t care less. Scam website, please don’t use.

You have to at least press 1 star to do a review but I wouldn't give them that! This company is a scam, do not purchase. Lordy I wished id read the reviews before purchasing some mens shoes for my husband for xmas. I placed the order on the 28th November, no tracking update since the 2nd Dec. Thought the company was London based, in fact China!!! Doesn't surprise me they're con artists. Ive emailed over 8 times, same response they are looking into it. Ive requested a cancellation and full refund but im not holding my breath. Had to do a charge back thru my bank which Dorevelle weren't happy about. Shocking customer service, this company needs to be shut down!!!

AVOID - basically a scamming site as the items received are not the same as advertised. They then drag out the refund process as is has to go via China and takes up to 44 days. Do not buy from this site

I gave this company 1 star only because it wouldn't except zero stars, I wish I'd have known before buying of those rip off rag traders, I ordered 2 pairs of camos which took over a month to be delivered, when they arrived they were on the small side even though I did the measurements they provided, after washing them at their recommended instructions they shrank about 3 inch in length and likewise around the waste, I messaged them with my complaint, I was asked to send a photo of the trousers with me wearing them for proof, the offered me 20% of £80.95 of which had paid I declined wanting a full refund, they then offered me 30%, I'm still going through the process, stay away from this outfit they are a con job preying in idiots like me do not give this company your money

Dorevelle.com should be taken down Immediately.
I purchased x2 pairs of shoes from Dorevelle.com and i was surprised to receive x2 pairs of cheaply made shoes which do not match the quality implied on the website. The shoes have no logo, no branding and are terribly made, you should never be able to see glue on the seam of a shoe. So appalled I will not wear the shoes.
Dorevelle are not responsive and put in place a tedious returns process to get you nowhere.
Absolute frauds. Stay clear!

I should have read the reviews, absolute nightmare, and I am trying to get a refund which they are making extremely awkward and I have provided proof of postage. Never again, stick with companies you can trust

Been waiting since the 21/11 for the YELLOW jumper that comes from CHINA! ,size L ,that I ordered for my mum's Christmas present,and this is what came...

So now I have a jumper that is way too small,and a completely different colour!

I would give them no stars horrendous, I wish I had read reviews before purchase, please avoid, impossible to contact them, my delivery took 4 weeks couldn't contact them, had to get bank involved for refund, it f8nally turned up today, 4xl jacket ... its garbage nothing like picture plus size is more like medium its pathetic, they should be ashamed its false selling, nice website hides the facts they are based in China not London and their clothing is typical tat from temu ... so angry i will return jacket no good to me costs £49.99 not worth a tenner garbage avoid avoid avoid. Don't fall for the glossy uk site .

Offered a pay to view tracking service initially on my order. Delivery took over 3 weeks to get to me with several email chasers along the way. Goods arrived and I was not happy with the colour on one item and sought to return. Was offered 2 options neither which suited and opted for the return option on their website which included return delivery costs. The company have gone silent. I will never use them again and can kick myself for not checking Trustpilot reviews before making my purchase. Had I done do, I would have avoided all this hassle and saved myself £70 in the process. A really bad experience from start to finish.

I'd give this company a -0 if I could. Sadly I hadn't seen these reviews and ordered 3 jumpers. It took over 3 weeks for 2 to arrive. One of them had a hole, and a month later I have still not received the third 5 weeks since order was place. I don't expect to!! Emails to the company dont address anything.
