UNRELIABLE - DO NOT ORDER FROM DORRIS BRIDAL
I placed an order for a formal dress to wear to a wedding months in advance of needing it. A few days before the dress was actually supposed to be delivered I received an email that my order was cancelled. I did not cancel my order. Doris Bridal canceled my order due to the color selection I made. Well they offer lots of colors and I certainly could have picked a different color if I was given the opportunity to do so. Now I have to scramble to find a formal dress in time for the wedding. Very disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend doing business with Doris Bridal.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I The pictures are obviously AI generated because what I received is a MESS! It came rolled up in a bag, the fabric was hard, the color was completely different, and the outcome was so off that I nearly cried. I spent $287 and they offered me a $10 refund. Definitely going to complain to the FTC, FCC and DOJ.

I ordered from this site and they sent me a dress that looks nothing like the picture! At first they would only offer me $15 refund on a dress that cost me $200 or I could donate the dress and get 60% refund with a receipt saying that it was donated ! I am still waiting for them to get back to me about the refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. A COMPLETE SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress with custom measurements. Doris Wedding. It was not typical wedding dress expensive so I knew it wouldn't be an heirloom, BUT I did expect them to make the dress I ordered. They did not and when I requested they correct their error...many, many times, the reply was the same, "Send us the dress and we will fix it". It might have been a reasonable request if it didn't cost as much to send the dress back as the dress itself cost. I read their return policy prior to ordering, but THEY DIDN'T SEND THE DRESS I ORDERED. This is a hack company that does shoddy work and sends if from China knowing that there will be no repercussions because items can't be returned.

The dress was very tacky looking , horrendous color , and not sized properly. The return was a NIGHTMARE. As many times as I contacted them for the required needed paper work , they would not respond and be helpful. I’ve now sent 4 emails and still have not received any response. Help !!!

I purchase a dress from Dorris for a wedding on Nov9th and when I received it it was to small. I paid 185.00 for it it was a beatiful dress but I could not return it and get another one before the wedding. I have been trying to return it every since. They have a return policy so they so but would not give me the information to return it. So I am stuck with this dress and loss my 185.00 Please do not order from Dorris wedding because if something is wrong you will not get you money back. so pay no attention to their return policy they will not honor it

I wish I had seen these before I purchased a wedding dress from them. I had it custom made. It looked nothing like the picture. It did not fit properly. Poor quality. Strings everywhere that needed to be trimmed. I spent over $200 and like someone said, I hate to try and sell it or give it away because it is so horrible. I don't know how there are any good reviews. The dress was rolled up and put in a FedEx package. Some things are too good to be true. You will not save money.

I would not hesitate to buy from Doris Wedding. I needed a dress for my son's wedding, and they were very responsive throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the dress was delivered. It was high quality and exactly what I wanted. It matched the picture perfectly. Make sure to order according to the size chart provided. I did and my dress fit perfectly. Don't assume that you can order your American size. It will be too small. Their size chart is spot-on.

Disaster dresses - Ghosted by customer service.
Ordered 4 custom honeymoon dresses before deciding on wedding dress. Received much later than company stated they would arrive. Junk dresses! They don't fit, fitted bras are sized for AA and pointy. Set too high. Armholes small so can't get into sleeveless dress. Material and color completely different and do not look like photo at all - never would have ordered what I was sent. Undisclosed custom charges making dress even more expensive. One dress ordered at tea length and received a mini mini length instead and is not wearable - will need more length so I won't get arrested or propositioned! Absolutely the worst company - quality of sewing is amateurish and poor. No customer service at all. Will not respond, completely ghosting all service tickets and emails. They do not care about their customers and no ability to get refund. Dorris Wedding is a SCAM company - recommend highly that you do not waste your time, hopes and money on this company. DO NOT BUY from DORRIS WEDDING. Suffice it to say - did not buy wedding dress at Dorris Wedding. Instead bought from JJHouse a gorgeous silk beach wedding dress and now several honeymoon dresses. Customer service excellent, quality fantastic. Go to JJHouse for quality and forget about Dorris Wedding - they are a disaster.

The dress we received wasn’t even close to the dress I ordered. Parts of the dress fell off when taking it out of the bag. Contacted customer service and was told I could get part of my money back if I donated the dress when I wasn’t happy with that response I was given the run around and then ghosted. The dress is horrible and no one is going to wear this ever it’s that bad. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. I probably will never get my money back and that’s horrible for a company to do that to people trying to plan such a special event in their lives and most on a tight budget.

Do not spend your money on this site. The dress is of terrible quality and I have not heard whether I can even get my money back. Extra money on shipping so hidden costs and it is coming from China not an American site as advertised. It is complete dishonesty.

I selected a mother of the groom dress. It looked fabulous on picture. I went accordingly to their size measurements chart and i do have to say it was right on. The fit is perfect.
The dress looks pretty good honestly even if the craftsmanship is not the best.
The one thing that really had me worried was the fact it came from China which i didn’t know, should have made more research. I had to pay an extra 31$ in duties to have it delivered. This was never mentioned when i purchased, so you get free shipping but….
Very happy i will be keeping it because i could not imagine all the trouble of having to send it back. I feel like i lucked out!

This site is a fraudulent Chinese company, sitting under a USA, UK address. They copy designer gowns, but what they send is nothing like the picture. On top of that, they don’t refund your money.

horrible experience. all of these Chinese companies are the same, they are scammers, they act like they will return and exchange with ease but they won't , you will get horrible dresses, a horrible experience, and you will lose money. NOT WORTH IT

So so disappointing and so wished I'd read the reviews. Dress arrived, okay quality but didn't fit. I asked to send it back. There were 4 rounds of back and forth before they finally agreed - mostly telling me to keep it and adjust it or sell it myself. They make you pay the shipping fees and write your own label with a very long and complicated address in China. I didn't bother sending it back as I assumed they wouldn't refund me. Dodgy company and terrible policies, please avoid

Be warned!!! Stay away. Wished there's a way to check zero star! Ordered a dress over $200. The dress did not look like it did on their site when I received it. It was a piece of garbage!!! I had to return the dress to China and it cost a fortune! The seller's site is so deceiving that you think seller is in US.

The dress arrived looking nothing like the photo on the website! 'Customer service' wont even acknowledge this! They say i can return it but i will have to pay around £60 for shipping! What a joke when its literally not even what i ordered. You get very unprofessional replies from them and from looking at the rest of these reviews even if you do return it, it never arrives and you get no money back. Scam!! Please stay away!! Im going through my bank to hopefully get a refund!

The dress looks nothing like the photo. On top of that the sewing of the dress was falling apart on the back. I contact them about that and wouldn’t give me a partial refund or work with me to fix their issue they made. I don’t recommend this site to anyone. Please find your big day dress elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

Dress came exactly as ordered with custom measurements. Quite pleased with the quality.
