I had to pay £3.50 for extra postage. However I was more than happy to pay because you are a wonderful organisation and looked after my sister-in-law, and all of us, so wonderfully in her dying days over twenty years ago and you have a special place in my heart. xx

Receiving Emma Lynham’s delightful calendars quickly especially as I’m sending them to friends who knew and loved her.

Christmas cards delivered promptly and carefully packed.

As always a great place to purchase from especially with the work they do.

Lovely quality cards, quick arrival and easy to order online.

I donate all my unwanted but good condition clothes and goods to the Dorothy House shops in Weston and Moorland Road. This is a very worthy local charity and all funds go to help their hospice. I usually find something to buy too while I'm in there.

This is the second time I encounter a snotty condescending and arrogant woman at the counter, looking down at me. I only went to donate bags of toys and clothes. Don’t see why a volunteer has such a hierarchical right to belittle a hard working mum, only because I am not blonde. It gives such a gross and cringy feeling. I will never go into the Moorland shop again.

I. Wanted to talk to a member of your staff and found that this was impossible.

I ordered Christmas cards, some bulbs and a tote from Dorothy House. The cards and bulbs were delivered quickly and I am very pleased with them. The tote didn't appear but I emailed and a replacement was sent - no problem. I am delighted with all the goods and fab service from an excellent hospice.

The service was prompt and very good value. I like to support hospice charities, the work that they do is priceless. I was disappointed there was a lack of photos of local scenes.

Easy and effective

Ordering is easy on the website. Package arrived well packaged. Have always ordered from Dorothy House website without any problems and will continue to support this marvellous charity.

I wish you opened you Christmas shop for Cards in September/ early October like other CHARITIES. I would also prefer more Bath / local scenes.
