The summit was a great experience, really well organised, lots of interesting sessions and keynotes. I would recommend anyone working in marketing to attend.

My company has had a great relationship with Dotdigital and our Customer Success Manager, Wonho. He works hard each and every week to advocate for our small but mighty team. If we are having issues, he's the first to find solutions. We've been working with Dotdigital for more than five years now and I can say we've decided to stay because of Wonho!

The platform is regularly enhanced and updated to keep up with market developments. Self-help documentation is extensive but when we need to speak with someone, professional help is readily available. Our account manager, Eunice (Ng) offers excellent support in making sure we have what we need to fully make use of the platform. Dotdigital offers a nice level of personalized customer service that you don't often see in the email marketing space. Response times are speedy, and they're always willing to set up a call to address any issues you may be facing as a client.

Dotdigital is a great platform and their customer support is excellent. Eloise, our customer success manager, was super helpful in helping us learn the platform, and I really valued the one-on-one sessions I had with her. I also enjoyed the face-to-face workshops for learning and networking.

I've been ramping up to use Dotdigital for a few months, always running into internal timing issues. As soon as I was ready to hit the ground running, the team (especially Jonathan Jones) was extremely responsive to my many questions.
