The integrations that I have used are straight forward to set up and our Account Manager has been extremely helpful in providing guidance and suggesting improvements. Great support as always! We've been using Dotdigital for years and it's been fantastic. Their customer service and account management has been so helpful as well. Our latest experience was when I set up a call to learn more about the AI functionality on Dotdigital and our account manager Tom provided very clear answers which allowed us to develop a plan going forward.
