From our Charity's account manager, to the DotDigital chat support and their service team - they're always incredible helpful and willing to find solutions to any issues.
Additionally, their platform is super easy to use and has lots of features to make email marketing simple and looking good.

The drag-and-drop email builder and AI-powered content creation tool were game-changers. Eloise, our dedicated account manager, also went above and beyond to ensure my success. Been with them about a year now which is my second time with DD (last involvement was about 5 years ago). I pushed from DD this time around when my current company was looing for an MA solution based on my previous good experience with them - specifically - easy to use, intuitive, responsive technical support and they have more than justified my faith this time around. They have also need very helpful with automation challenges that we have faced.

Simple to use yet advanced-enough in its capabilities.
Whilst there are some limitations in it's true customisation abilities, this is only in rare instances.

Eloise has been and remains an attentive and invested account manager always looking for ways to improve performance and efficiencies. She's also very diligent in her account noting so that we can always revisit previously implemented pieces or strategies discussed.

It would have been beneficial to have more sessions in the morning and not just keynote sessions as there were a few session clashes in the afternoon. The sessions I did attend were really insightful.
