Can't get my winnings sent in passport details didn't have utility bill as I'm on smart metres don t have bank statement as I do online banking so sent council tax letter to verify adress still not enough so I can't get my £20 withdrawal never play dotty again played tombola for yrs never had any trouble withdrawing funds

The site is not the best for winning…
The site is not the best for winning any money, but only spending money for playing to entertain but don't expect to walk away with any winning money. Been with them for many years and never won big at all, but it’s a a nice game site!

Wouldn't even rate 1 star. I have deposited a large amount. I have also won a large amount back i have not received any of my withdrawals due to them saying they can not verify my income this has been 2 weeks now. I have sent 4 months of bank statements and wage slips i have even highlighted what they are asking to see. My account is currently suspended/closed the only response I am getting is it takes time. I feel it is due to it been a large withdrawal all together of over £4000. I really can't understand how a site can be ok with you depositing but find a problem when it comes to withdrawing. My account is id verified with photo ID and proof of address. It's a slow site that keep making excuse after excuse
Update_ Awaiting withdrawal it is now with the finance team hopefully my issues have been resolved and my funds will be in my account soon

First review was a good one which ive now deleted.
After sending in all required ID required it was n9t good enough and they now refuse to payout my winnings. I've not ever known any company that requires you to NOT blank out what's on your bank statement. They want to see deposits and everything else. Even though they have coppies of my passport, bank card with a selfie photo holding one of your IDs
It still was not enough. STAY CLEAR DONT BOTHER

Trouble to start with but sorted fast
I had been having trouble with my withdrawal, everyone I spoke to kept saying tomorrow! I spoke with an employee called Ralcuca who looked into it form me and within half an hour the money was transferred, thank you Ralcuca!

Withdrawal Timescale.....
I am fairly new to this site and on Monday I was lucky enough to have a win, so I requested a withdrawal. It is now Wednesday and the withdrawal is still showing as 'pending'. My account/identity l has been verified, but I just keep being told that the request has been sent to payments to be processed.
Seriously, in this day and age, it shouldn't take over 24 hours for someone to click pay?! The messages from support are very quick, however I do think some of these are bots which is extremely frustrating.
