Food arrived 4 days late and was baking in Texas heat in a truck somewhere. Chocolates were melted and jerky was ruined. Seller refused to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I bought everything as gifts for my husband and my nephew who is a phenomenal cook and grill master. Both of them LOVED the spices!! My husband mowed through the popcorn in no time! I'll be ordering again soon for Father's Day!

I haven't been with company for long , BUT from the very first order and other orders I've made Kyle and the team he has with him are the BEST. They make sure what you ordered is in the box, the glasses packed with care, the coffee, the snacks, the, well EVERYTHING has been great. Double Neat by far is the place I will order again and again. I have purchased the brownies, coffee, and the honey. For myself and the jerky for my husband and son. The honey works great to make hot totties. These products are so good that I just ordered more.

I recently ordered some goodies from Double Neat and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I tried the brownies, butter bourbon caramel corn, bourbon caramels and bourbon caramel sauce. Everything was delicious! My favorite was the caramels - so soft and yummy! I bought a few extras to give as gifts. I can’t wait to share them!

Double Neat is very responsive if you need to reach out to customer service, but that’s not the best thing about them. The smoked salt bourbon caramels are incredibly delicious. These are something I think about often, as I wonder, is it too early to order more? I warn you, if you try these caramels, you are going to want more, so just be prepared. This is a very nice gift for someone who is very important to you, if you are able to give them away once you try them.

You get what you order. The carmals are my favorite. I could eat a whole bag full. Great company.

Great deals on delectable products. I have placed at least 10 orders starting February 2026 and I will be receiving my latest order next week. The quality is top shelf. My favorites are the cinnamon pecans, Bourbon Jerky and the Bourbon caramel Sauce. Their Honey bourbon lip balm lasts a long time and has now replaced my $22 balm. It's hard to resist the buy 2 get 1 free deals so go ahead and buy, you will not regret. Their products make great gifts and perfect for your hidden stash. Customer service is amazingly attentive. I placed an order and missed out on the free shipping so I emailed Customer Support and it was refunded right away. Fun company that's always having special promotions.

My husband and I LOVE the Double Neat nuts and jerky. We tried them while on a trip to Maine. We had to bring some home to enjoy with our favorite whiskey and it was the perfect pairing.

I was gifted a variety of Double Neat products over the holidays and loved them so much I’ve reordered! If they offered auto replenish for the coffee pods I would definitely subscribe. The branding is really cool as well and makes me want to keep the products out on my counter. Big fan!
