Great service! I received my order the next day

I have used the click and collect service meny times in the past and this is my first postal order and I have found them very prompt in service also the web site is easy to navigate. I will continue to use them in the future.

Ordered a t shirt which never arrived. Contacted the company and they have never replied. Do not buy anything from them

Bit disappointed with the customer service from Doubletop, had a small item missing from my order, was promised a £10 gift card to cover this and postage from Gary @ Doubletop darts via email but after countless emails asking about this nothing arrived in my inbox.

Disappointed.

Bought a Dartsmate elite scorer at a competitive price, delivered next day. Can't ask for more than that.

Great stock levels are they're always super helpful if you need to call them, or when you visit to collect items. Would highly recommend!

I order a lot from double top and i love dealing with them they are a true joy to work with and the prices are always the best.

Ordered the target corona light surround half an hour after the cut off for next day delivery but it still came the next day. Was a great price as well compared to other places that sell it. Very happy

Hands down the best online darts shop out there. Ordered many times from here, never had any issues and parcels have always arrive next day or when requested. Even during busy periods they still manage to get their orders out on time, highly recommend to anyone.

Raised an issue with an order that had been delivered, shop responded quickly and sent out a replacement which got delivered the next day. Fantastic customer service :)
