I had an excellent experience with Nzinga my dental hygienist, especially as someone who feels extremely anxious about dental visits. From the moment I sat down, they were calm, patient, and incredibly understanding of my fears. She took the time to explain each step before doing anything, which really helped me feel more in control and less overwhelmed.
What stood out the most was her gentle approach and constant reassurance throughout the appointment. She frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and never made me feel rushed or judged for my anxiety. Her kindness and professionalism completely changed what is usually a stressful experience for me.
I left feeling not only well cared for, but also more confident about future visits. I can’t recommend her highly enough—especially for anyone who struggles with dental anxiety.

I’ve been going to Dove Dental for a while now and it’s always a great experience. The team are really friendly and make you feel comfortable every time. Big shout out to Dr Kevin Dapaah, Anita and Dr Nzinga Aidoo-Bell, they’re amazing!

Dr Jamal is an exceptional dentist — kind, patient and incredibly reassuring. He takes time to explain everything clearly and has such a gentle, thoughtful approach that it completely changes how you feel about dental treatment.

The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming, and the hygienist is excellent too — thorough, caring and very supportive. The whole team create a calm, professional and genuinely caring atmosphere.

I have felt so well looked after here and truly put at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Jamal and everyone at Dove Dental Spa to anyone looking for outstanding dental care

Where do I start with this company !!!!! Dr Jamel Johnston is ‘The BEST’ I was terrified of taking out an infected front tooth and the way he executed extracting and replacing ‘The perfect look’ has just transformed my whole face!!!! Anyone that knows me knows that I hate the dentist with i passion. Can honestly say that Dove spa has changed all that the staff are absolutely amazing friendly and put me at ease. Kevin the dentist is my dentist for life now he gave me back my smile I didn’t even smile in my wedding photos now you can’t stop me from smiling I am so grateful I would highly recommend Dove spa you want leave disappointed I can’t thank the team enough 🙏🏿🤗

Honestly finding this dentist has been a blessing. I was seen by the Hygienist Nzinga and honestly in all the years I have had been to the dentist I have never left feeling so happy. I was reassured through out, she made sure I was comfortable. Ensured there qas agreed way in which I could communicate if I was in pain or needed a break. I just felt seen and the service was so great that I am excited to go back. As someone who has gone through many dentist and never returned, the fact I've booked my next appointment speaks to the fact that I found the hygienist and practice worth my time, money and my teeth. Very kind and helpful dentist who was great with managing anxiety and clear about treatment plan!

Great experience!!!!
I had a root canal which I was very nervous about.
The dentist explained everything calming me down, his assistant put on a golf Netflix series I was watching for the hour during the procedure so it went very quickly.
No pain as well.

Receptionists were lovely as well.

I also had the nicest hygienist for a clean, made me feel very welcome and gave me great advice how to keep my teeth clean going forward.

Nzinga is an excellent dentist. It was a pleasure to be seen by her (if one can say that when visiting a dentist). She has very warm energy and is very passionate about her work which really shows.
