Personal service, informative and not at all 'pushy' as some website services can be in my experience. I spoke with a guy called Phil really pleasant who answered all my questions and covered off the concerns I had. Went the extra mile sending me information by email to help better understand the background to the claim I wanted to make. A pleasant change frankly

Spoke to a very nice guy helping me alot with my issues with my car gave me alot of help and advice defo recommend

I did not initially sign the document as I was wary as to what I was signing up to.
I spoke to Stuart who give me lots of help and advise on what this claim was all about that I had seen all over Facebook, what was this faulty DPF? After speaking to Stuart he answered all my questions and concerns and I was then more than happy to sign up. Thank you Stuart for going the extra mile, I would certainly recommend this company 100%.

Stuart explained everything well, went into detail and talked through how this has become and what happens. He is very knowledgeable regarding the dpf and emission issues and wants the best outcome for all. The more people on board with these claims the more chance of JLR being held accountable.

I found these guys from a Facebook post and was all up for using them as they show a 4.5 star Trust pilot review status.... But came here and they have nothing?!? I will not use them then as they are faking their stars!!
