Overall the team is amazing, friendly and very nice. Especially Nur, the care coordinator I spoke to regularly through WhatsApp - she is amazing!

From the beginning I was supported through WhatsApp and video-call. I found the quote for the surgeries I wanted very reasonable and I booked for the following month.

On the run-up to the departure date, I found the team really helpful and friendly.

Upon arriving, I had the pleasure of meeting the driver in a very high quality car and was brought to the hotel. It’s was very easy!

The following days, I met the team at the clinic (all of whom were very nice), and Dr Okyay himself. I found the expertise of the team and the Dr very good, and I felt comfortable moving forward.

The following day I was taken to hospital in the morning, had the relevant tests taken and had surgery in the afternoon. The process was very efficient as a whole.

The only thing I can think to improve is the language skills of the clinic representative at the hospital. The woman who had me checked in prior to my operation was very nice; however, her very limited experience of English was very hard to manage.
On the day of a surgery (which can be a very anxious experience), it was very isolating not being able to communicate with the clinic representative in the hospital.
Also, post operation it was the same issue. The woman was friendly but she understood little English, and had to try and communicate through Google translate.

Following the surgery, I stayed a night in hospital before being taken back to my hotel. I expected pain from the surgery, but I did not -and have not- experienced any so far. I was given medication with instructions in English, which was really helpful.

Periodically, I was driven to the clinic for check-ups. During this recovery process, I was regularly checked-up on by Nur through WhatsApp, and she was AMAZING!

On the day of my departure, I was picked up by the driver for one last check-up by Dr Okyay.

This experience has been overall amazing and I am very grateful to the Dr MFO team! I am already planning my next trip!

I had a really good experience with dr Okyay, he gave me good advice and was friendly, he didn't push unnecessary surgeries on me, i got ffs and top surgery, it went really well, definitely recommend.

Everything was nice.
Doctor did moles removement very fast and carefully.
The clinic itself is also nice and personal is very welcoming!

Had FFS, jaw shaving and contouring, scar revision on my tummy and skin removed under my arms. Dr Okyay is the only doctor I’d trust to touch my face or body in future. To say he is a fantastic surgeon is an understatement. He uses techniques/technology other surgeons don’t even know exists. And to top it all of, he is a kind and empathetic person

Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und es war sofort ein vertrauensvolles Verhältnis da.
