IT SUCKS! THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK.
AND THE CARTPANDA VENDOR WILL ARGUE AGAINST REFUNDS.

The marketing was misleading and the ordering process a nightmare. I was charged twice initially an exorbitant amount for 9 bottles and got a 30% refund with the promise I had a money back guarantee if I didn't like it. Two months later, the product does not work. When I went to get a refund, I was told that they would only refund the 6 bottles I was returning, not the entire amount. Bottom line is that I spent $153.00 for three bottles of a product that does not work.

Very disappointed and embarrassed that I fell for this scam. I have used 2 bottles in 30 days and have seen 0 results. I am out $200.00. I could have used the $200. On a true weight loss program.

I can't get in touch with anyone about returning product. No shipping or order receipt in package, no email you received my order, no email saying it was being delivered. I have leukemia, my dr. Said I cannot take this.
I believe you may be a scam. Not even your name on shipping lable. You charged me through click bank.

I’ve been taking it for two weeks and have not lost an ounce!!!! Dr. Oz, you should be ashamed of yourself for pushing something that doesn’t work!

First of all, I think it’s a big fire Dr. Oz and everyone connected with this should be so ashamed of themselves. The dropper does not go to the top so you can let the liquid come out. I have diarrhea from it every day if I take it. I am gaining weight instead of losing it Dr. Oz and everybody else went for and Kelly all of them Winfrey Oprah Oprah Winfrey she should be so ashamed of herself I don’t know what she did to lose her weight but it sure as heck wasn’t this and I can’t say anything good about it. The price is exorbitant and as I said, Dr. shame shame on you. You’re supposed to be concerned about the health of people not money in your pocket. I’m sure this won’t appear in any place because only good things are said about your product, which is nothing good. Send send this

It is extremely hard to obtain a refund. I made over 10 calls & 10 emails and was told where to send the unopened bottles. The company return to sender. I had spent $10.00 on shipping. It has been 2 months & I still have not received a refund. This is a huge scam.

I have not lost any weight yet. Why?

I just watched the Dr. Oz video about Gelatide and was very skeptical because I do not believe in products like this helping people to lose weight without putting in any work. Although, I know injections taken for diabetes do aide in weight loss, they come with health consequences, therefore, I refuse to take them. So, I decided to research "true" reviews of Gelatide's effectiveness though the general public that have tried it. I'm so glad I did research and relied on my gut feeling. I feel for all of the people who have been scammed by this company. I have been scammed in the past, which makes me research everything I buy now. I just want to thank everyone who shared their experience here and who are warning people about this company. I do not think all of the A list celebrities on the video had anything to do with this scam. AI has taken over, everyone needs to be aware of that and question everything they see online! Always trust your gut!

Got charged 178.00 for 2 bottles that did nothing

I had ordered 12 bottles of Gilatide from Dr Oz..started on March 9th...have not lost 1 pound......this is definitely a product that does not work. Almost 400 dollars later

They offered me a 5% refund, and ultimately got them to 20%. I told them I want a full refund. They are saying there is a restocking fee, shipping fees, testing to make sure no problems with the product, no refund for opened bottles. Boy, did I get scammed. I just finally quit responding to them, its worthless and waste of time. I copied their "warranty and full refund" from their website and added to my email. That's when they increased the refund to 10%. Is Dr. Oz really part of this????

They should get a rating of minus 0! Scammed the hell out of me.

I ordered 6 bottles. They took multiple payments out of my ckng. 3times!! Cleaned me out. I requested a refund and I got a automatic response that it would come back in my account. That was a week ago and there's nothing in my account and I cannot get a hold of anybody and I'm short on my rent..

This product is a joke it does nothing and the company is crocked they get your name and credit card information and then they will use your information and credit card number to place orders that you did not order yourself it's just a way for them to keep ordering more bottles to your account and with our your knowledge because you never see the additional bottles they place against your credit card.

They claim you can loss 14 pounds in a week ive been taking it for 2 weeks now and have gain 5 pounds it says money back but no phone number no one to speak to they got me for a hundred and 70 some dollars they should be ashamed of themselves giving people false hope

The product did not agree with me. I delt with a rep. named Ariane. She tried to get me to keep $240 worth of product in return for a $25 refund. their Guarantee is bogus. I was back and forth with her . Finally she said she would send me an RMA number. She never did and their mailbox is full so I can't message her again. I wrote to Dr. Oz to do something about this. Their business practices are questionable if not fraud. If they are using his image, he should know what they are doing. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company. I am out $240. I feel scammed!!!

It’s all false advertising. Return policy is not as easy as advertised. You need to pay a restocking fee and pay for postage back. Read all reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.

I have never ordered it watched the video with Dr OZ and all the other celebrities bragging about how much they lost the price for the bottles were outrageous. We are not rich like they are to afford something that might change people lives in loosing weight.Dr.Oz u should be ashamed of yourself charging people that u call trying to help. Who can afford such.All yall celebrities suck the life of people and fans that looks up to you. For 6 bottles for 298 dollars. 89 dollars for 7 bottles 588 dollars which u call yourself cutting price to 298. I hope u all can sleep relax night after night scamming people.

Do not buy this product it doesn't work and they do not stand behind their return policy. I have not been able to reach them for 2 weeks I've been trying to get in touch with him they do not respond. I tried their phone number they don't answer it's a scam don't buy it!
