Dont use this site. I´ve tried to withdraw 700€, but they wont let you get it.
They keep on saying something is wrong with your KYC validation, even thow it's the propper identification.

I've been waiting for 3 days on a withdrawal,not a massive amount 300 euro.
Just had an email to tell me I apparently breached some rule or another.
Yet I was allowed to play on with the remaining amount in the account.
No email to say only when I queried the withdrawal.

my account has been locked, I am unable to access it, and I have a pending withdrawal that has not been processed. I am also not receiving any password reset emails, which means I have no way to log in or manage my account.i have contacted support multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is extremely worrying, especially when my funds are involved. Due to the lack of response and access to my funds, I will now be taking further action by initiating a chargeback with my bank and escalating this case through all available legal and regulatory channels until it is resolved

At first I was very sceptic about this casino and once I read these comments on Trustpilot it got even worse, BUT I Thought I give a try.

I got 10£ free chips for slot games and I managed to get out £100 after wagering (free money right?). So i sent a withdrawal and Of course KYC...it was about 48 hours then I could send a withdrawal request. I used my wise account but it is not supported so I used my main Monzo account and I got paid out in 36hrs!

I learnt a lot over the years, if you are using online casino READ the T and C before you do any wagering if you opt into a bonus because they are coming with restrictions. I believe this is where the negative comments are coming from. Take some time and read that trough properly and if you follow it you will get paid out.

This casino has 2 licences too. I would recommend this casino. Their chat support is good and helpful.

Dont waste your money on this site - they find every trick in the book not to pay withdrawals. What is the point of paying good money in good faith if that good faith is not reciprocated. Two lots of 600 withdrawals - Rejected - due to fine print t&cs.. over 2000 deposited. No point - unethical at best - probably more than that if investigated I suspect.

Still no response from " support" despite numerous contacts with this organisation.

My account is still under verification review. Live chat seems helpful but nothing has moved. I am owed €400 (withdrawal) after depositing €350. The games are brilliant, however there’s no point in playing the games if they don’t pay out.

I apparently cannot receive my withdrawal (which has been confirmed by live chat of €400) until my account is verified.

I have signed up to potentially 50-100 casinos and I’ve never had this issue previously.

I am getting 10+ spam emails a day from these people and cannot switch them off. They do not seem to be regulated in the U.K. and I do not know who to complain to. They are evil bastards

If you are going to accept a deposit bonus then please read the bonus rules and regulations, there are lots of popular games that if you play them then you can’t make a withdrawal, rules 7.6
