I've bought from Dragon Eye Gaming a couple of times now and everything has always gone smoothly, I'm sure that I will he a returning customer for a long time.
Excellent customer care with getting my Funko pop that had been pushed back due to the pandemic. They let me know why the delay and when it finally shipped. The packaging was top notch.

Been waiting for so long on this item…
Been waiting for so long on this item the first time contacted they responded quick and I was super stocked on seing great service but I kept waiting and nothing arrived I tried contacting again and there was no answer and no guarantee that it qoukd arrive so I had taken it as a loss and finally arrived but I was already done that it was not going to make me happy with the product sorry if I'm being to picky but its just how I felt sorry but I will not be recomending this to anyone might give it one more chance and see how it goes

Awesome!
Great shipping. Packaged perfectly. It got shipped even when it’s a busy time of here with Christmas right around the corner. Not to mention an amazing price. Will definitely buy from here again!

Didn't ship on time
Didn't ship on time. When I asked question didn't get response until 3 days later. An still got told it was in process. Wouldn't recommend.

We are sorry for the delay unfortunately we cant control how fast a distributor gets items to us. The process with the gogeta was a though one when even figpin couldn't even give me a eta when they where going to ship till they actually shipped them.
doing the preorder was fine
doing the preorder was fine, but communication as to the status was a bit rough. Had to cancel my order and they were nice enough to refund me the full amount, which they are having trouble passing through the bank. I would order from them again.

The have intented to stole my money.

I have written by email, messenger, facebook, Instagram and they dont respond me.
