Dragonfly is a fantastic company, nothing is ever too much to ask. Chris sorts my mortgage out for me when my term comes to an end, I have very little to do as Chris takes care of it all.
They also offer me advice in regards to life insurance or any other financial service I may need. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t have anyone else to sort my mortgage. All the staff that work here are extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was kept well informed about what was happening with my mortgage and as soon as the rate dropped the paper work was renewed to make sure I was given the best deal. Would highly recommend.

Great service and excellent customer service

Chris was excellent and managed to get us a mortgage with a high street lender when our previous brokers insisted that only a non-high street lender would accept us. And at a significantly better rate. He even got us a better rate after we had accepted our offer without any prompting from us when interest rates dropped.
He was professional and to the point.
He was recommended to us and exceeded expectations.
I would 100% recommend him and already have referred him to others.

Extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. As a full time working parent, they were very accommodating.
