Saw a weird review online and was a bit skeptical at first, but honestly my visor just showed up and it’s awesome. Fits my helmet perfectly. Snapped right into place with no gaps.

Horrible company. Complete scam. I ordered an antifog and it does not fit at all, i contacted them shortly after receiving it for a refund and they have completely ignored me. I have contacted them again, but its been 27 days with no response or acknowledgement. And you cant submit the request through the form on their website because the button does nothing. Do NOT buy from this company. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Really happy with my visor! The quality is great and it looks even better in person. Shipping was smooth, and everything arrived well packaged. I also had a question about my order and their customer service team was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely order from Dragon Motorsport again

Great service from their team! I emailed support staff to ask if I could pick up a visor from their Coquitlam location since I live nearby. They were happy to help me out and I was able to pick it up the next day. The visor came nicely packaged and is identical in quality to my OEM lens.

Had the mirrored visor for the alpine star r7 super tech, got into an accident and completely shredded the visor and I sent photos and they said they were sending a free replacement. Love their customer service.

Customer service is very slow to respond. The visors have no safety ratings and as far as i can see they are drop shipped from aliexpress. They even tried to neg me into buying one by saying “when you want to have better style let us know” after questioning the safety ratings of the visors.

The shipping was subpar but the customer support is phenomenal! My anti-fog visor came in with a big crease in it. Anna helped setup to get a new one on the way. A little delay on her end but made up for it with store credit! Amazing service!!

Great Team, Great Quality, Awesome Brand. I’ve confidently Bought 2 AGV K6S visors from them and they have both met visual expectations and fit perfectly! One time I even broke the little lock in mechanism on the visor and with no hassle they sent me replacement pieces!

Great quality visor. Came with a nice dragon moto storage bag and some freebie stickers. Shipping took 7 days, so not the fastest, but when I reached out to their support team they got back to me within the hour with an update. You can't find that good customer service anywhere these days so dragon gets 5 stars from me!

I’ve ordered multiple visors from these guys for my Alpinestars R10 and my only complaint was a long shipping time on my last visor. They sell really great visors and as long as you keep them clean, they stay really clear and visible.

I ordered a photochromic visor for my KYT R2R helmet from Dragon Motorsport. Unfortunately, the visor didn’t darken as much as I had expected based on the product images and review videos I watched. I contacted support on April 25th right after receiving the item to request a return.

There was a delay in the response, which left me frustrated at first. However, once Anna from customer service replied to my second Mail, she was very understanding and professional. She apologized for the missed email and offered a solution: a free regular tinted replacement visor of my choice.

The communication was friendly and helpful throughout the follow-up. While the original photochromic visor didn’t meet my expectations, the team took responsibility and worked with me to find a satisfactory solution.
I appreciate the effort and would consider ordering from them again, especially knowing they stand behind their products. Thank you, Anna!

I’ve had 2 visors (for agv pista and corsa) with them and I keep coming back. Amazing quality, fitment and fair pricing. Customer service is also on point whenever I need help. Just ordered another for my new helmet (shoei x15)

I honestly am impressed with how much they care, ive boughten so many motorcycle parts to 3d printer parts to a million other hobbies I have. Everytime I had a concern they awnsered, and even something that was not there fault they made right and took care of me.

DO NOT ORDER THIS VISOR. Long story sort of short, I forgot to double check this online shop before ordering because their visors are slightly cheaper than actual Shoei visors and I had seen people on Instagram using them (My first mistake was trusting influencers.) I only thought to do research after I put in an order and found out that Dragon Motorsports is just dropshipping Temu/AliExpress visors for an insane price and not making their own products.

When I asked to cancel my order, customer service lied about my order being shipped, and that being why they wouldn't cancel it. After a week and a half of being stuck on 'Label Created', I reached out again, and they admitted the order hadn't shipped because part of it wasn't in stock. I got lucky, and they eventually canceled and refunded it. If you're okay with not wearing a visor with actual certifications, order one off of Temu or Amazon and save yourself the money instead of paying an insane upcharge on the same product.

Just purchased a new photochromic visor which I couldn't find anywhere for my helmet. I am in the UK and was hesitant to purchase but everything went so smoothly. Purchased in GBP with no unexpected import costs. Quick delivery with tracking and very happy with my purchase. Went ahead and placed a second order.
