Everything was great, and the customer service was just as amazing. Every question I had was answered the same day, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Absolutely best products used. Shipping is extremely fast, virtually no delay in getting products. I was skeptical at first but truth be told everything works as it should and Dragon has a good reputation it seems. Shipping has stayed consistent across multiple orders as has the quality. Domestic can be pretty expensive, but you are getting a high quality product with often no more than 5 days in transit so to me that is WELL worth the investment.
