Hi Josh, I'm sorry your pipe only lasted 2 days. What were the circumstances of the pipe breaking? Was it whilst being heated or cooled, or had it been dropped, knocked or fallen. Or were there other circumstances. If you can let me know, I can look into it for you. The issue with all glassware whether thick or thin is that it is not unbreakable. I received the wrong order
I received the wrong order. I ordered two identical pipes. I got one that was correct but the other was totally differant. I sent an email back outlining the problem and asking for a replacement pipe. I have to date not heard a word back and feel let down.
