Very quick response and fix of my blocked pipe. I'll save their number for future problems!

Drains unblocked, also removed stones in the pipework which could cause future blockage. He arrived on time. Did a professional job using using all tools at his disposal. All work finished in less than half hour.

Arrival time was spot on. Technician's knowledge was impressive and he was able to explain to a layman what work he was about to carry out. Upon completion of the work required, he again explained certain aspects to help me understand the situation. At this point he tidied the garden area that he'd needed to disturb and did a thorough job of cleaning the bathroom using his special spray. Finally, he concluded payment arrangements before I thanked him for a thoroughly professional job.

Tom and Craig have been fantastic in every way: great communication; friendly and positive; finding solutions to minimise disruption and keeping everything clean, tidy and safe – they’ve been great!

Two operatives turned up - just ahead of the allotted time window - and solved the problem within about five minutes. Diagnosis of (and a solution to) the drain problem we had gave us a lot of reassurance.

Stuart arrived on time, was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The issue was resolved in good time. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service... absolute breath of fresh air, no hassle to come out and check all was OK following a blockage that seemed to remedy itself over a short space of time, still checked for us... no messing around for an emergency appointment, called and they said they'd be with us in approx 4 hrs (that was on a Saturday) but of course could vary as I'm sure they have many on their books strengthened by such a reliable service... Vs other Co's too that say yes we can help, we have availability in a weeks time... no ta, not anymore... Drain Doc now on speed dial... will be promoting your services locally to the community WhatsApp group as we're always helping one another to find good Co's and that community is probably around 40 houses now... anyway a huge thanks to Tom for looking after us... you'll be the first people we'll call whenever we need help!

An excellent service from fixing the appointment to an operative arriving within 24 hours to put cctv into my drains & then to write up a report backed up with film of the drains

I called quite early in the morning obviously worried about a problem that was affecting my neighbours but the response I got was polite and helpful. Craig turned up in the early afternoon, engaged with the neighbour and cleared the problem. Throughout they were helpful, efficient and respectful. Highly recommended and first on the list in future.

Why do I consider myself fortunate for having found Drain Doctors? Because having experienced recently in one of my properties how this company operates, in putting the clients interests first, it gives me much reassurance and confidence in knowing that I can rely on Drain Doctors in case of need in Future.

You state fair and ethical pricing but today I was charged £198 for a 5 minute job, and I feel completely ripped off. I was told on the phone the issue would diagnosed so I can be quoted accordingly. The man said £165 plus vat, before he had even looked. He then hoovered out a lump of hair in the shower drain, and I couldn’t believe I had been quoted and charged in that way, for such a simple job. My husband is fuming, understandably. Looking online, it should have cost between £50 and £80.
