I have used Drain Doctor twice in the last 2 months (for separate properties) and the service received has been excellent! They're quick to come out and see you and give you clear, concise updates along the way before they do anything.

The workman was thorough and explained in detail what the problem and solution was.

We had Simon come out to sort our slow draining drain today. Highly professional individual and sorted the problem. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience!
I messed about, trying to get 2 independent companies to come and survey my drains for a house purchase, and they didn't even get back to me. I contacted Drain Doctor and they called me straight away, fixed up the survey (in double quick time), contacted the estate agent and made no fuss. They did all the work, I just left It in their hands. It was a good value survey, they were happy for my bespoke requirements to be met. Too many CCTV companies have a fixed product at a fixed price. If you only want half of the work, they still charge the full price! However, Drain Doctor will do exactly what you want. The operative, Dave, was great. Easy to talk to and happy to help. The staff who answer the phones are very pleasant and well organised, they do what they say they will and call you back to confirm everything. You actually get to speak to a person who wants to help.
Dave had a problem with a piece of equipment, which delayed him for a good while, on site, but the charge quoted to me stayed the same.
So, why use Drain Doctor?
They are efficient, a trusted household name, with a reputation they care about. The staff are friendly and helpful. The services they offer can be bespoke and all at great value prices. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'll always use them now.

Throughout, from the office to their workmen this firm behave in a thoroughly professional way. They were all prompt, pleasant, courteous and accomodating to the wishes of their client. They completed their work on time and by automatically sending me an underground video of the completed job. I cannot recomend them highly enough.

Called about 5 companies who all refused to come out until the morning eventhough it was an emergency with our blocked up main drains. Tried Drain Doctor next who's company director was very professional and helpful on the phone. An engineer arrived within the hour and sorted the problem out straight away and charged us a reasonable fee. Very happy with the service.
