From ringing in with my blocked drain Chloe was the kindest most helpful person I have dealt with in a company. I could tell she genuinely cared.
Simon was the engineer that came to my property. Again lovely caring guy. Went above and beyond to help me to explain what was happening . I have a drain issue I need to take up with Yorkshire Water. They have been so helpful with this and are still in contact to help me to sort this issue out.

Excellent service by Simon the engineer and Chloe in the office - would highly recommend.

A blocked household drain gully was cleared. Very quick response. Job was completed in less than 24 hrs from initial phone call. Engineers were professional throughout and fully explained the work required and subsequent results.

After the visit on 10/11/2025 it turned out that there was still an issue with the draining of the toilet.
One of the lads from the last visit returned, to find that there was a secondary and completely unconnected issue with the pipework.
Safe to say this issue was dealt with in the same swift manner as previously, and peace has returned to the bathroom.

Jack was extremely helpful and quick. We would definitely recommend them. Jack arrived within an hour of me ringing them and the job was completed within an hour! Thank you
