Drain Doctor - Bristol & Gloucestershire レビュー

Both the lady taking the phone call at 2130 on a Sunday evening and the technician who arrived 28 minutes after our emergency call for a blocked toilet, were very knowledgeable and professional I would highly recommend them. Such a professional service

Installing trapped drainage gully
Kirk knew exactly what needed to be doing, got straight to work and was very polite / considerate. After works were completed, the drain smell we had been suffering from where no longer. 10/10, would 100% use again. Thanks Kirk!!

He was helpful, understanding, easy to talk to, transparent about all costs BEFORE he did any work.
Happy to go out and get us parts same day to fix the problem.

Genuinely sounded like he loves his job!

Excellent, on time service. Costs and work involved clearly explained and kitchen left clean and tidy. 2nd time of using and I wont hesitate to use again

Outstanding service. Arrived within an hour of calling and resolved a drainage issue quickly, complete with camera survey and advice for dealing with the cause of the problem. Highly recommended!

An easy online booking system with a very quick appointment. Received a phone call immediately to confirm. The operative was friendly, professional and super helpful. Very happy with the service.

Competent friendly operative. Adam was very good.

Had a leak from some previous work carried out. Excellent response, straight to it, diagnosed and repaired the leak within a week of reporting it. The technicians where punctual and polite, great work, Thank you.

The problem was sorted with expertise. He was courtious, friendly and thorough.

Turned up dead on appointed time, polite, helpful and had a smile on his face.

The repair team turned up on time and were courteous, kept us informed of progress. The only thing we were not warned about was water coming from via the toilets.

Adam did a great job again, he cares about getting the job done properly. Many thanks.

Prompt inspection and personal service.

Great service. Rob was super helpful, friendly and gave me some amazing advice!

Matt came very quickly after my emergency call and battled manfully and patiently with a filthy, stinking, sewage-ridden drain for 3 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem - a collapsed pipe in the road outside the house - wrote a clear report and told me how to get Severn Trent Water to deal with it. He was outstanding - please give him a good bonus, he deserves it given the difficult job he does with such grace.

Excellent operative, got straight into it and worked a miracle to get the concrete out the pipe.

Brilliant company, easy to get hold of, kept us informed, explained everything. Very professional, friendly and pro-active service from Matt. This is what all businesses should be like!

Quick response and sorted out in an Quick and efficient manner polite

It was a tricky job but Matt and his colleague persevered until the problem was identified and repaired - it took about 5 hours - and it was left clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault them today.

Great service. Joe was really helpful and unblocked our very boggy drain. Also made sure to clean it up afterwards to avoid the same issue happening again. Would recommend.
