Having work done on your drains is never something to look forward to but Mark and his co worker were extremely pleasant and carried out the work efficiently and left hardly any mess. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Over the years we’ve used quite a few drain companies, they have mostly been dodgy.

Drain Dr are not like the others, they don’t overcharge, the office staff are lovely and super helpful and the guys who come to site can’t do enough to help.

Jamie, a drain doctor engineer, came out to our property, very promptly. Communication was fantastic. He assessed the situation and called another engineer to gain a second opinion. Then gave some knowledgeable advice, which required us to ring the water company. When offered payment for the visit, he declined and informed if we needed anything else, to contact.
