Adrian diagnosed the problem immediately, from calling to Adrian arriving less than an hour, checked with camera prior to fixing the issue quickly quietly and left the property spotless, cannot thank Adrian and drain doctor enough

Keiran and Charlie were both professional and polite and kept us informed of everything they were doing. They made sure we knew exactly what the costs were upfront and we will be having them back to carry out more work in the next couple of weeks. Highly recommended

Very professional and knowledgeable, quick response to query and work carried out on the same day of site visit for the quote. Discussed and explored all considerations of issues, including remedial cost range of options to fit budget and personal preferences.
Was able to comfortably rule out drainage as the cause of internal floor subsidence, and was able to detect a small joint failure which needs repair consideration to future proof against any further failures.

We got drain doctor in because we thought we had a serious problem with our drains the smell was unbelievable Adrian (drain doctor specialist) came out and spent well over an hour to try and locate the problem but couldn’t find anything wrong with our drains but Adrian new I had a health problem and he was determined to find where the smell was coming from he did eventually find the problem and it wasn’t the drains it was our fridge the last thing to look for but a big thanks to Adrian for all his hard work and to Tash who was so knowledgeable and professional about her job I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation thanks to all at Drain doctor
