Sandy and Adrian did a fantastic job clearing our blocked sewer pipe.
They called ahead to update us on arrival time and when arrived got straight into assessing the job and gave us a price.

Excellent service and careful, considerate work carried out. The two gentleman were both very considerate of causing minimal damage while carrying out work that required removing part of the wall to access a leak. Thoroughly recommend.

What a superb job the DrainDoctor Leicester people did from beginning to end. From the rapid response and investigation to the quick quotation and agreeing a date to do the work. And on site from the neat and tidy way of working to the ingenuity of dealing with what they found to the final reinstatement and cleaning up before leaving the site. A very satisfied customer!

Rang yesterday to get some help with a blocked drain. Although it was a local number, it went to a centralised system - nice lady said she would pass my request to a local rep and that they would get back to me. Waited an hour - no response. Rang back, she apologised and said she would mark it high priority. It’s 24hrs later and I’ve still not had a rep from Drain Doctor call!!
In the meantime I called a local company who have already sent someone around and my problem is fixed!
Poor service from this national franchise! Use and stay local is my advice!!

Engineer came earlier than status time. Had a look at the problem and gave me a quote for around £170. Felt abit expensive for a 10 mins job but needed doing.

Great service !! No call out charge, arrived on time, diagnosed problem, provided a quote (little bit expensive than I was expecting), cleared the drain blockage and cleaned up. No nonsense.

Fantastic service. I emailed late morning, received a call from the office shortly afterwards and the plumber arrived just after 3pm. Benedict was very polite and did a great job, cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Disgusting Customer service and an utter waste of my time! Emailed company, no response after 7-8 days. Phoned company on day 3: "one of our local engineers will call you back". Still no calls 5 days later!! Absolute disgrace. AVOID at all costs.

Came out same day to assess the problem, arrived promptly the next day and completed the work efficiently, left site in excellent condition.

Extremely honest and knowledgeable engineer (Kieran). Thorough investigation resulting in a more permanent solution without the need for a jet wash. Office manager handled my enquiry superbly too.

Kieran clearly explained options, and was honest and upfront. No hidden costs. Good price for job. They worked hard, kept me informed what they were doing. Arrived when they said they would, kept going till late to get job finished.

Apart from finding it incredibly expensive, £168! For a 15min Job. They did the Job. I wanted the Guttering to be washed in that price. But they just hoovered in the gunk, using a hoover type machine. I insisted that they show me if it's clear with their Camera... it was somewhat clear, but needed a clean with their jet wash. Apparently, that costs! An EXTRA £200+
Just felt that £168 was excessive.

Very efficient service - came and cleared a blockage in the main drain leading away from the property. All pipes were backed up and were cleaned and checked after blockage cleared
The young lad Kieran was most helpful and arrived promptly at the allotted time.
Would recommend the service.

I’ve used David and his team a few times now. They are always prompt, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. They do an excellent job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Kieran came today and was fantastic!
