Friendly engineer took care of the issue in a timely factor

Responsive, reassuring, helpful, clear. Advice given was easy to understand and thoroughly explained. Each step of the process meant we were included in decisions and these conversations were respectful and humorous - very helpful skill! The problem was stressful for us and the Drain Doctor technician removed all of that stress. Thank you

The engineer arrived on time the same day I made the request for a visit. The engineer was friendly and professional and cleared my blocked drains efficiently.

Brilliant from start to finish. Could have came out to us the day that I phoned but I explained that it could easily wait till the next working day. Phoned me on the Monday morning and they were with us that afternoon, sorted the problem. Paid and off they went.

Darren was the guy who came out, bang on 11.00am as promised by the office. Did a really thorough job, very informative and helpful. Even lent his watervac to help with removing water from the cellar. Brilliant service from him, and Drain Doctor in general.
