Fast,efficient friendly service . Highly recommend

Sam who came to replace the kitchen sink tap was on time. He was polite and fresh friendly and did a very professional job.

George arrived and found a horrendous blockage to clear to get things working again. He was very friendly and pleasant, and did a difficult job extremely efficiently and mainly in the dark! I rate the service very highly, couldn't be more grateful to get the job done quickly on the same day that I made contact and over a bank holiday weekend.

Fantastic service, can’t fault this company at all. We rang them in the morning and they arrived on the same day. We got a quote there and then and gave the thumbs up to go ahead with the repair of our toilet that had not been working for two weeks. James who is friendly, courteous and professional did a great job to get us back up and running. We would 100% use them again. Very happy and appreciative with the work done.

Very efficient and responsive but outrageously expensive

Our downstairs toilet was blocked so I called Drain Doctor Oxford on a recommendation. James came out, a lovely guy, had a look in the drain and identified it was blocked. He gave me the price to clear it and as I was speaking to my wife about it he quickly informed me that it seemed to clearing itself as we were talking! He suggested giving it a flush and lo and behold it cleared. I really appreciated his honesty as he could have quite easily not said anything and still charged me. Good, honest and speedy service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience. 5 stars!

We needed some work carried out on our main drain and our neighbour, who had had similar work done, recommended Drain Doctor - Oxford. In our phone call an appointment for the following day was arranged. One of their local engineers visited to discuss our needs, resulting in a quote by email later in the day. The quote also included replacing our inspection chamber cover, which the engineer had noted was no longer sealing. We discussed certain aspects of the quote by email with the proprietor, who was knowledgable and agreed that the chamber cover could be replaced like for like (with a ductile iron cover) for the same quoted price. Owing to the need to order the latter, the work was arranged for about three weeks later. The same local engineer from before arrived at close to the appointed time and carried out the works in a polite, friendly and professional manner. The drain turned out to be beneath the water table; however, he approached this in a resourceful way - enabling satisfactory completion of the work. We were asked to pay for the work by card before he left, which was unexpected but not a problem. Later that day we received a 'paid' invoice, an illustrated description of the job and a report with endoscope pictures of the new drain component in operation. The whole experience has been entirely satisfactory.

Easy, fast and friendly service

Great service. Carried out free no obligation visit to review job and provide quote, which we accepted, job then carried out without delay.

Came out quickly, came to inspect and provide us with a quote (free of charge with no obligation). I said I was happy to proceed and they managed to clear our blocked drain quickly, used a camera to show it was cleared afterwards. Great service.

Quick response to my enquiry. Sent an engineer within an hour who assessed the problem, gave me a quote for the work and carried it out straight away. The drain needed to be unblocked. Very efficient. Checked the drains with a camera to verify all was ok. Both persons I dealt with were extremely polite and pleasant

He stated early on that he wasn’t leaving until the problem was resolved and worked steadily and expertly to resolve the issue although it was not perfectly straightforward.

Drain Doctor provided an appointment the following day. They arrived earlier than expected. The engineer was extremely helpful. He was unable to clear the blockage as the problem was in the main line. He investigated the problem and found several other homes with blocked drains. He provided a full report with photographs which I can provide to Thames Water as the blockage is their responsibility and charged me for the investigation only. A great service.

George did a great job today identifying why my toilet was blocked. He Identified that the main sewer that is Thames Water's responsibility was blocked and advised me to contact them to deal with the problem. He also advised what improvement I could make to the sewerage pipe to ensure the problem doesn't happen again. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Always a pleasure to deal with these guys! So professional and super helpful :-)I own a letting agency and I wouldn’t use anyone else!
