New Years Day, James arrived, on time, and overcame numerous obstacles regarding incredibly challenging access, worked relentlessly and cleared the blockage. Polite with an amazing disposition. The service was very good. All staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. The young man that did the job was very sweet and patient with me. I asked quite a few questions. Left everything clean and tidy. Complete report with photos supplied when finished. Will definitely use again if needed
