Drain Doctor - Oxford レビュー

Engineer was fine and he knew what he was doing but it is expensive 200 + for kitchen cleaning is little higher than expected. Please get a quote before opting

James arrived on time and quickly assessed and fixed my issue. An old drain had become an entryway for rats. James patiently explained the work required and also answered all my questions. Drain Doctor was prompt to answer my inquiry and was also the only company willing to give me an estimate (range) before coming which I appreciated. Excellent service.

Arrived early and went straight to work checking everything. Gave very useful advice and showed how they could give further help in future. Video of work provided on email.

Sam from The Drain Doctor is absolutely brilliant. He’s friendly, funny, and instantly puts you at ease, which makes a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. He’s completely honest, clearly explains what needs doing, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently without any fuss.

He works cleanly, respects your space, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a proper job rather than rushing or cutting corners. Most importantly, he’s consistent every visit has been the same high standard of service.

Reliable, trustworthy, and great at what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone.

Excellent - well priced - efficient - pleasant -reliable

Exceptional service. Polite, efficient and knowledgable. Recommended!

Your 1st visit to us was very professional and we were very pleased with the service and a good cleanup after the work. The second visit was more demanding but your engineer was the same as the first very competent and also very professional. I'm a very happy customer. Keep it up Drain doctor 😀
From a private school in Bucks.

From my first call to the fix all went like clockwork. Special mention for the engineer who was on it and clearly knew exactly what he was doing

very efficient. On time, tidy, James very professional

Our drain blocked and was backing up to the manhole and over flowing ( on a Sunday ) Jon and his team were so helpful and accommodating , within 1hour an engineer had turned up to deal with the issue. Very efficient and prompt service. Thanks guys !

Huge thanks to Drain Doctor for rescuing me from what became a two‑visit plumbing mission. A simple blocked toilet turned out to be anything but simple, and they ended up having to remove the toilet and sort out the pipework behind, which was a hangover from the builders work almost 20 years ago. Even with all the unexpected issues, they stayed friendly, hardworking, and completely focused on fixing the problem properly. I really appreciated their honesty and dedication. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks once again to James and Brad!

New Years Day, James arrived, on time, and overcame numerous obstacles regarding incredibly challenging access, worked relentlessly and cleared the blockage. Polite with an amazing disposition. James is a credit to this organisation, an asset. Excellent service, absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much James. Outstanding.

Thank you very much.

The service was very good. All staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. The young man that did the job was very sweet and patient with me. I asked quite a few questions. Left everything clean and tidy. Complete report with photos supplied when finished. Will definitely use again if needed
