Wow what a great service I received today from the first phone call to the job being finished I can’t recommend this company enough! They listened to my concerns and about the problem. They came out to my property within the hour on a Sunday. They come and look at the job then quote a price which I was very happy with! James arrived and completed the job quickly and tidied up would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

Although Drain Doctor (not unsurprisingly) did not pick up the phone on a Sunday evening, they did reply to an email within the hour and had someone at our premises at the time requested the following day. They were responsive on email and replied to my queries to explain how the process would work.
Brad could not have been more helpful when he arrived. We had 5 toilets that needed unblocking and a colossal mess of all sorts of unmentionables in the area around. Brad took everything in his stride, cleaned the whole mess cheerfully and without complaint, and left it better than it was in the first place. Incredible service.

Perfect. Lovely lady on the phone. Arrived in the hour. Engineer (Lewis)was great, all fixed in a sorted in a short space of time and explained what the problem was and how to stop it happening in the future. Would absolutely use this company again, Dino rod said it would take a week and a half to come out!

Called Drain Doctor due to a problem with a back feed between toilets. Lewis L identified the likely cause of the problem. On checking each toilet he concluded that the likely cause of a partial blockage had cleared itself
Lewis was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and because the problem had solved itself there was no charge.

On calling the company, person who took my call was very helpful and organised appointment for very next day, which in my experience these days is very rare.
Lewis, the specialist who came to assess and give me quote was very friendly chap but professional. He gave me the quote and when I accepted the quote, he just got on with the job. He explained the process of the job and got on with the job.

This is for DD based at Silverstone. Helpful guidance/assurance ref UV drain lining during the quote stage. James and Sam turned up on time, operating their equipment professionally and worked well together to finish on time.

Not an emergency job but still done within three days. The engineer arrived on time, did a clean job and did not leave until he was doubly certain all the parts of the blockage had been cleared out. Couldn’t be happier.

Brad was very helpful and clearly explained the problem we were having with our toilet/drain. He showed me the problem and is following up with a detailed report. He also advised of potential long-term solutions I could look into to avoid the problem reoccurring in the future. Very quick response and call out time, too. Would recommend!!

John, who answered my initial phone call, was very helpful and Bradley turned up as planned as agreed an hour and a half later. He cleared the blocked drain and dealt with us professionally.

I called out Drain Doctor to sort a smelly shower drain. They came as planned, diagnosed the problem as requiring a plumber and did not charge me for the call-out. What brilliant service. Thank you. I will definitely use them again.

A local plumber had already tried to shift the blockage in the loo without success. He suggested Drain Doctor who logged my call and gave me an approximate time of arrival. I was called back and arrived on time.

Very quick response and luckily engineer in area so convenient to drop in to assess work before deciding to go ahead. Clear communication on the job and professional and friendly service. James cleared the blocked pipe and then tested to make sure the dishwasher drained as it should.

Customer service is excellent. Sam the engineer arrived promptly and communicated when he would arrive as this was an emergency call out.
Work was completed efficiently with a clear explanation of the underlying problem.
Have been trying to resolve this problem for 2 years and now know the problem.
