Drain Doctor - Oxford レビュー

Sam was friendly, helpful, efficient and on time. He unblocked the drain, which is a relief to me especially given the wet and cold weather conditions. I enjoyed the gesture of a packet sweets.

James came over to fix a drain emergency. The work was fantastic and timely. Very highly recommended!!

I've used drain doctor a couple of times over the years. Both times on historic properties. Their service is exceptional, speed of response brilliant and in both instances got to the root cause with excellence and accuracy on unconventional buildings. They have a customer for life.

2nd job with Drain Dr, both experiences faultless. A fair price for a great job on both occasions.

Super quick and reliable team. I contacted them at 8pm and the problem was sorted by 10am the next day. Thank you Millie for responding so quickly. Lewis, the engineer, was brilliant. He was professional and swiftly fixed the issue. Thank you for the sweets!

Thank you Sam for a very prompt and helpful visit, and for fixing our blocked drain. Sweet!

Had drain overflow.
Response to initial call was fast and friendly.
The engineer called ahead and arrived when he promised. Introduced himself.
Finding the blockage ( fat ball ) was tricky. He checked that drain was clear for a significant distance and gave advice on keeping the drain clear.
He presented 2 packets of Haribo sweets (good for the Great Grandchildren.
Will use again if needed.

Two things made this a very positive experience.
1. Clear, up front information all the way through, including pricing. I knew what to expect at every stage.
2. Very helpfully and honestly giving me options in terms of how to proceed, including "consider doing X but only if you need to at a later stage".
I'd happily use Drain Doctor again.

Great service well recommended

Initial contact with the company was easy and productive - quick response and Brad turned up on time. The rainwater drain was cleaned and I trust that when it next rains heavily all works as it should with no pooling on our drive

Wow what a great service I received today from the first phone call to the job being finished I can’t recommend this company enough! They listened to my concerns and about the problem. They came out to my property within the hour on a Sunday. They come and look at the job then quote a price which I was very happy with! James arrived and completed the job quickly and tidied up would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family

Good communication and they get the job done quickly and effectively

Very prompt response and very efficient and courteous

Very helpful, took care of everything.
Although Drain Doctor (not unsurprisingly) did not pick up the phone on a Sunday evening, they did reply to an email within the hour and had someone at our premises at the time requested the following day. They were responsive on email and replied to my queries to explain how the process would work.
Brad could not have been more helpful when he arrived. We had 5 toilets that needed unblocking and a colossal mess of all sorts of unmentionables in the area around. Brad took everything in his stride, cleaned the whole mess cheerfully and without complaint, and left it better than it was in the first place. Incredible service.

Perfect. Lovely lady on the phone. Arrived in the hour. Engineer (Lewis)was great, all fixed in a sorted in a short space of time and explained what the problem was and how to stop it happening in the future. Would absolutely use this company again, Dino rod said it would take a week and a half to come out!

Called Drain Doctor due to a problem with a back feed between toilets. Lewis L identified the likely cause of the problem. On checking each toilet he concluded that the likely cause of a partial blockage had cleared itself
Lewis was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and because the problem had solved itself there was no charge.
This is an excellent service
George Steele

very pleasant engineer who was helpful in explaining things.

On calling the company, person who took my call was very helpful and organised appointment for very next day, which in my experience these days is very rare.
Lewis, the specialist who came to assess and give me quote was very friendly chap but professional. He gave me the quote and when I accepted the quote, he just got on with the job. He explained the process of the job and got on with the job.

This is for DD based at Silverstone. Helpful guidance/assurance ref UV drain lining during the quote stage. James and Sam turned up on time, operating their equipment professionally and worked well together to finish on time.
Excellent work gentlemen. Thank you.

Flawless service as ever! Sam Floyd was so friendly and absolutely smashed it. The level of customer service provided by everyone at Drain Doctor makes such a difference, we'll certainly be seeing them again!
