Karl was very efficient, polite and friendly and resolved our issue very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

Rang in the morning about 10am to arrange a resolution to a drain blockage and the Drain Doctor arrived by 1pm and he was very proffessional and methodical with his approach to our problem.
Within 40 minutes he had diagnosed and cleared the blockage.
He was a very nice and approachable person.
I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I had attempted to deal with a partial blockage in our downstairs W/C without success and realised that I needed professional help.
I phoned 'Drain Doctor' at 11.52 and Joe arrived on-site at approx. 12.40. The job was completed by 13.30 to my complete satisfaction.

After phoning about a particularly trick to get to drain blockage, Joe arrived within the hour, listened to what had already been tried, made his suggestions for action and advised the set price before starting. He located the correct pipe with the camera, used the chain fitting to break up part of the blockage, the jet to finally flush it all out and through, and a dye in the sink to confirm all cleared. All done and dusted in 40 minutes.. Excellent knowledge and service 👍🏻

I was really impressed by my Drain Doctor experience . The engineer was very pleasant and very knowledgable and was able to diagnose and solve the problem within an hour !!

Our drain engineer was Joe, and if I’m honest he deserves more than 5 stars. We had an issue with our toilet blocking occasional for a year or so. We were informed by another company we had issues with our pipe work being installed the wrong way. However when Joe arrived, he fully explained my options and pricing, without any pressure and I chose to get to the root of the problem. He found there was nothing wrong with the pipe work installation, it was a limescale build up. At every step he explained what he was doing, took photos to show me the issues. Joe was courteous and friendly at all times. Going above and beyond to stay longer to ensure the problem was rectified, and advise me on how to prevent recurrence in the future. He left my bathroom clean and tidy, making sure he sanitised all surfaces after he finished his work. I 100% recommend Joe.

When I called Drain doctor, the telephone operator answered immediately and listened well. She clearly explained when an engineer could come and that we'd get a free quote for any work needed. Joe Baker arrived within the expected time and quickly was able to assess that we had two drainage problems, which confirmed our own opinions. He cleared both the sink blockage and the main drains blockage outside. Jo is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled and he explained things for us to be able to understand and gave tips on how to keep things clear in the future. Both Jobs were done efficiently and cleanly at a reasonable price. Thank you Drain Doctor!

Great job done by Drain Doctor. Their engineer, Karl, analysed the problem with my two soakaway drains (blocked), explained clearly to me what would need to be done, and the probable cost. A few days later he returned and completed the job within an afternoon, cleared out the drains of mud, plant roots etc, fitted new gullies and tested everything was working ok. He then cleared up and left the place in good order. Brilliant piece of work and I am very happy with the service. I had two other quotes from well-known firms in the area. They wanted to replace the old soakaways with new ones at a cost of many thousands. Karl recognised that was not necessary and was able resolve the problem professionally and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended I would say. I would use Drain Doctor again.

We had a problem with our drains at our pub. I spoke to someone 7pm on a Saturday evening, sunday morning the problem was fixed. Very helpful very reasonable, would definitely recommend

Prompt response to initial enquiry. Engineer turned up on time, phoned ahead and was extremely knowledgeable.

I arranged a booking for today with them and somewhere the signals had crossed and they couldn't find my booking when I called up. However, they still managed to get someone out to me on the day to sort out my problem.
He was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem...and fixed it.
The price is what it is, I suppose. I didn't expect it to be cheap, so I wasn't surprised by it.

Booked between 1400-1600 and they failed to show up. No communication until I chased them. When they did get hold of the engineer the ETA was 1730.
