Drain Doctor - Reading レビュー 

Scott from Reading arrived on time, gave us an estimate, fixed our blocked sink very efficiently and then checked all was running correctly with a camera. Can't fault the service.

Can't recommend highly enough - The kitchen sink had been blocking for a while, I live in a flat and the building managers had sent out another company last week who were here for 3+ hours, couldn't remove the block and in their efforts made it worse. Called Drain Doctor on Monday evening, had a call back from Ricardo within an hour to arrange a call out for the Wednesday as Tuesday was booked up, said they would get out to me on the Tuesday if they had an cancellations. The plumber (I've forgotten his name, terrible of me) came on the Tuesday in the end, cleared the block within 5 minutes and gave me loads of tips on keeping it clear. Really quick response, very fair pricing and everyone I interacted with was so friendly. I also think it's great that the call out is free of charge and no obligation, they give a quote on the day so there's no commitment if it's out of price range. Will 100% use again if (hopefully not) I get any future issues!

Appointment was made very quickly and Scott sorted the problem in good time and professionally, explaining the issues well to me. So so grateful for this service after 4 days of trying to sort myself!

Absolutely amazing service. I messaged at 6 in the morning and got a text within 10 minutes.
Arranged a time to visit, he was bang on time, very polite and knew his stuff. Camera showed how bad our drains were blocked and with the tools in the van he jetted them clear and everything running as it should.
Very fair price too. Cheaper than others I looked at. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Scott called before he came to give an eta. He was extremely professional & knew exactly what he was doing. He was so helpful & did everything to get to the cause of the problem.

Sent an email late last night due to my washing machine inlet hose snapping and received a response from Ricardo early in the morning, he assigned one if his colleagues, Scott to come and take a look who was already on a job at the time but after he had finished that he came round to take a look at our washing machine, immediately knew what to do and discussed the pricing and procedures before taking out any work (which was a very good price), Scott didn’t take long at all and was a very friendly and polite guy which put me at ease after being stressed from the leak, he had also advised who to contact to fix a another part of the washing machine which was very helpful! I would 1000% recommend using this company, communications with both Ricardo and Scott were flawless I don't think it could’ve gone any better with these guys!!!

I met Ricardo on 15/6 Saturday morning based on my request on Friday night. Therefore, he was really helpful and effective to help customers. He helped me to unblock the sink and also promising to have his teammate came to check the drainage hole at the car park after I got the drain hole location from property management team. Ricardo and Scott have done the maintenance from interior to exterior. Therefore, I am so appreciate how they serious to fix my problems in the kitchen and the house. They are kindness, professional, knowledgeable and promising. They also patience to find the main problem and solve the issue straightaway for you. If you ask me who can help for the drainage, I definitely answer Drain Doctor - Ricardo and Scott. They are the best. 😉🙏🏻

Very professional, helpful and nice !

We have had Drain Doctor out twice now. One with Ricardo the owner and today with Scott. We would happily recommended them to friends and family as the service was excellent. Both times they came quickly, were clear and transparent about the work that needed doing and completed it to a high standard. They are extremely professional and personable, both Scott and Ricardo were lovely to our little boy and took the time to chat to him and show him their tools. Things like this mean so much when people are coming into your home to complete work.

I could not have asked for a quicker and more re-assuring service from Ricardo and Scott when it really was needed. From initial CCTV to blockage resolution which required the expertise and specialist kit at their disposal. Really happy we chose Drain doctor Reading to help us clear and understand our waste pipe system.

The prospective purchasers of my property wished to have a drain survey. Scott arrived and quickly put me, the vendor, at my ease. He talked me through how he would undertake the survey and he was more than happy for me to watch him in action, definitely an interesting process to witness. Scott knows his job and carried out the task in a very professional manner. Fortunately, only one minor issue was highlighted and he advised me how to address it.

We had drain problem for about 1 week. 6-7 plumbers/drainage engineers came and inspected the issue but they were just cooking stories and making it sound like a "space mission". As a last roll of the dice Scott [+44 (0) 7563037673] came over and to our utter shock (pleasant one albeit)...solved the problem in 15 mins. He clearly "wanted" to do the job. After clearing the blockage he cleaned the area as if there was never an issue. Hosts of earth & heaven will stop and admire - "Here lived a man who did his job well."

Well what can I say other than my review will be very similar to others.
Having been pointed in the direction of Drain Doctor Reading, I was very pleased with Ricardo's initial conversation and reassurance.
Today Scott arrived and inspected what I thought was going to be a nightmare of an old water treatment system. He drained it down, inspected it and offered plentiful advice on the future management of it until such time as we decide to modernise it.
Not rushed, no hard sell, no waffle just great advice. I'll 100% recommend them on to anyone else.

Excellent service from both Scott and Riccardo.
We had Thames Water and 5 other plumbers out over 4 days with no success but Scott from Drain Doctor unblocked the drain in less than 30mins.

Ricardo and Scott both made the book experience very easy and were very good with communication.
Scott, who came out to our property, was so helpful. He explained the situation exactly and how to move forward in the future. He was careful and respectful with the work and did not leave a mess.

I can’t recommend Drain Doctor more highly. The engineer (Scott) who attended our property not only assured me and did fix the problem he was professional and personable. He went over and above to make sure our system worked better than it had done prior to this issue.

Phoned these guys at 1830 in the evening for a broken sewer pipe. They were with me at 1030 in the morning. Dean and Ricardo were fantastic and fixed the problem on the first visit. I would highly recommend these guys. Very please.
