From start to finish I found this company outstanding - When I called I felt that I was given an honest reaction and superb support and agreed the price up front which was fully honoured.
I was not expecting it, but they arranged for a visit straight away and within 50mins the team arrived.
The two young men that came round and sorted out our issue were extremely professional and were a credit to this business. Invoicing was quick and simple at the price agreed up front.
I was so impressed by their service and they are a credit to their industry - I will definitely use them again if I need help.

I spoke with Chris at Drain Doctor Watford as my elderly parents drains were blocked. My parents had initially contacted a local company to investigate whom advised they had a collapsed drain. I called Drain Doctors for a second opinion and spoke with Chris who had so much knowledge and sound advice. I followed his advice and subsequently found out that my parents drains were not collapsing but were simply blocked and were easily rodded and cleared saving them considerable costs. Chris was beyond helpful and showed so much care for my parents situation and vulnerability. Thank you so very much Chris.
