Quick and friendly communications and service.

I had a call shortly after booking online to confirm my visit.
Lee arrived at time stated and he was friendly, professional and efficient.
He cleared the problem and cleaned up after, great job

Fantastic service, have a mother with dementia who frequently blocks the toilet, despite being busy drain doctor sorted out our problem the same day. Very positive experience. We rang at 6.30am on a Sunday morning with a blocked toilet and and by 10am an engineer had been and our problem resolved.
