Items was showing as in stock - but after ordered I got an email to say they received a message from their supplier that its not in stock - time wasted but they retracted the payment quickly

Delivery and refound issues
Once the order was placed, they called us saying that they wont be able to deliver it in London, so they were going to refound us. But they never did so.
