Dranken.co.uk レビュー

Following an incorrect order delivered to me and after numerous contact attempts, they asked me to return to them for a refund. Over 2 weeks have passed and I’m yet to receive my refund or for them to confirm receipt. No one responds to the numerous contact requests so I’m left to pursue a claim through my bank. Very poor customer service and I certainly won’t be using them again.

Very quick delivery and great service

Spot on. Ordered Sunday. Delivered on Tuesday. Beers could be better packed as they come as per wholesale. A box or something to protect them in transit would be ideal but mine come unharmed and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Usual prompt transaction from order to delivery. Cheers and thanks for your continued good service.

Great price, well packed, quick delivery

I ordered before 14.00 and received the next day delivery, always on time.

nice beer it's a shame royal mail delivered it instead of dpd

Fantastic service delivered before 10:00 a.m. the next day and brought up the stairs for me

Ordered on Friday, delivered on Sunday. Excellent service. 10% discount too!

I ordered some beer. TWO MINUTES later I sent TWO emails requesting cancellation of the order.

Both emails were ignored, and the next day I received notification that my order had been despatched.

Greedy, money-grabbing, discourteous crew.

Never again. I'd give no stars if I could.

My order came quickly; no problems with process. A hassle free experience.

All went well. Ordered on the 9th and delivered by Royal Mail the next afternoon.

Quick delivery. 5% Stella

Excellent customer service, quick delivery, highly recommended

Fast reliable shipping

Had several good orders but suddenly our recent order was cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances" by Dranken. No follow up explanation or apologies. They have not yet refunded the £159 from 16 August. Quick enough to take the money but not to return it. It appears they may have gone bankrupt, be aware when ordering. Paypal have been notified.

Drunken are always easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend

Please read the notes. I asked for longer expire date not August like my previous order, I said one can was smashed and please for a replacing and u didn't care about nothing these things when I ordered next one.
