Great company, recieved my sweets within 2 days will be back again!!

Order was sent quickly within a day of ordering.
I ordered 1 kilo but the bag was not full so decided to weigh it. It was 702g. 1 of the sweets I had ordered was not included in the bag either so I emailed their customer service. I asked for the rest of my weight and order to be sent out.
They responded quickly but were very rude, telling me my scales were wrong and to go to the post office to check. Also the reason 1 of the sweets wasn't included was because it was out of stock so they doubled up on another. It would have been nice to know this before they got here.
I sent back my own rude response and their resolution for this situation was for me to send back the order and they'd refund me after they'd weighed it themselves.
I'd upload the picture and conversation here if I could. The kind of responses given on these reviews is similar to how our email conversation went.
Don't risk it with this company.

Great price, quick delivery, fresh sweets and such good choice. Ordered from a few different online sweet shops and so far this is the best. Will definitely be ordered again :)

I am normally very happy when I get my sweets from here but unfortunately this time I wasn't as my sweet bag was full like they normally are

My son decided to get the £30 jar of pick and mix with his Birthday money. He got to choose up to 30 different kinds of sweets. He is over the moon with it and it was delivered next day. Will definitely be ordering or visiting the shop again (which we have before and it is great customer service and friendly).

You have obviously changed suppliers for your sugar free sweets now. I used to look forward to receiving my order but they don't taste anything like they used to, I can't eat these and I'm afraid I won't be wasting my money on any more of them.

So happy with our order of pic’n’mix from Dream Candy, I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to because I really do recommend purchasing these! My partner and I are so fussy with pic’n’mix with different tastes, so I spent quite a bit of time looking online for specific varieties of sweets and chocolate. We were so happy with the variety here which stocked all of our favourites and much more in comparison to other shops I’ve seen. It shipped and arrived fairly quickly (within 2-3 days as stated) and quality and quantity of the sweets was great - such good value for money! Thank you Dream Candy, I will definitely be shopping again when I have my next sweet craving!!
